Jo: A lot of people do not understand what the Quantum Financial system is…can you tell us about it….
Charlie: The quantum System is basically taking the power away from the old Federal Reserve Swift System. The QFS actually started working on the second of August. They have been pinging the banks, testing it and making sure everything works.
The Swift system has been taken down for monetary transactions and is basically on a life support machine. It’s running at about 10% power right now. On the Swift system there are many stand by letters of credit, bank guarantees, financial instruments connected t the Swift system that need to be moved across. That could take from 6 months to 2 years to do. So the Swift will be on life support and run on parallel with the QFS for a period of time. Most outsiders will not notice anything different.
The QFS is a digital system that works on a blockchain system which makes the moving of money around the world much faster, easier, more transparent and cleaner. The old system was a dirty horrible system controlled by the Federal Reserve.

Jo: So will all currencies go gold backed …..will the currencies change in all countries? Will the Iraqi dinar be the first?
Charles: The Iraqi Dinar will be the first one outside of America….the Euro won’t be far behind….there is a lot going on behind the scenes in Germany.
In America will be the USN. The US Notes. The only thing the public will notice is a slightly different design. They really won't notice anything different. Value will be a straight 1 to 1. One US dollar for 1 USN.
Jo: Will that be the same in all countries?
Charles: No….there is a revaluation going on. A financial reset….and when we know we will all know together……
Jo: Will this be soon?
Charles – With regard to Iraq, the process is underway right now as we speak. Once the President/PM form the new government …that revaluation will take place. We do not know for sure what the Dinar will be against the dollar……The rate has been exceptionally thought through….I think the people of Iraq and Dinar investors will be very happy.
