Bobby Cahill To be honest I don't see CH VII as a big issue. Iraq continues to sign Trade Agreements and has open access to the Financial Markets. 2 entities to keep an eye on are FATF and OFAC. They control the movement of monies and they say Iraq is free to deal with. Iraq just needs to tighten it's Banking Sector away from Politics and that ain't happening anytime soon
