Member: Hopefully, this is our big day!

Member: Goldilocks says no new rate in Iraq until 2025

MZ: He may be right…..but that’s not what my sources say. They believe it will happen this year in Iraq…and I am also hearing before December 10th in Iraq….but just stay grounded.

Member: When Iraq stops the foreign currency auctions….they have to RV. (revalue)

Member: Iraq Census today and tomorrow…along with everything closed and a curfew….would be a great time to flip that switch.

Member: Mark, several sites are "out of Dinar" for resale. May be a good sign

MZ: “ President Barzani ‘s advisor at Chatham House –We need a strategic agreement with Baghdad” This is some of the HCL things they are busy settling.

MZ: “Parliamentary Finance: There is no justification for delaying the 2025 budget schedules” There is a lot of discussion that we could see them this week along with 3 difficult laws passed.

MZ: “Next week : A parliamentarian reveals a political concensus to approve 3 controversial laws”  They way they will push them through and pass them. There are rumors that the Hydro Carbon law (HCL) is among those.

MZ: When they pass HCL- we know we are close to being finished. They have already started oil shipments again so I believe it could be done.

MZ: “The Minister of Planning of Kurdistan announces the end of the first and second phases of the census with success” The census is going smoothly so far. They will pretty much have it done and wrapped up by tomorrow night.

MZ: Nothing new from bond folks this morning but, lots of chatter and expectations of real bond money this week starting last night and today. But once again more bond folks are disappearing or becoming unwilling to talk. Many have different appointments from now to early December to receive 1%.

Member: Your bond contact said we wouldn’t have to ask any more dumb questions after today…9 days ago

Member: Bruce is saying that we will get notified by 12 o’clock this afternoon and possibly collect today or tomorrow. Let’s hope he’s right

Member: Praying that this time we all have an amazing holiday season

Wed. 20 Nov. 2024: Iraq rejoices. The new Dinar Rate heralds a new era.

Thurs. 21 Nov. 2024: The QFS is unveiled, ushering in a revolution.

Sat. 30 Nov. 2024: The World tunes in, the EBS activates and no one is left unaffected.

Sun. 1 Dec. to Mon. 2 Dec. 2024: Project Sandman Fall of US Dollar.

Tues. 19 Nov. 2024 Bruce:

On Sun 17 Nov. they tested four different foreign currencies and they passed the test.

Some politicians were trying to get a early start on the QFS, and they were arrested

Over the weekend Bruce was told we would get started this week

The RR payments are divided into three age groups 30-45 years, 45-60, and 60 plus.

Age Group 60 and older: if you are getting SS your RR will pay you a lump sum to the bank where you receive your SS payment, unless you are exchanging, and then your RR will be put in your Quantum Account as you are exchanging.

Age Group 30-45: you get monthly payments for 30 years. You will be required to sign a document promising to keep on working at your job for another 15 years. If you don’t have a job, you will promise to get a job.

Age Group 45-60: RR monthly payment every year for two years. You will sign an agreement that you will work another ten years.

RR starts to pay out when you are exchanging currency, or if you don’t have currency, the first week of December.

SS increases take place in December. It will be substantial.

GCR RV: Bond Holders will receive notification overnight tomorrow Wed. 20 Nov.

Tier 4b (us, the Internet Group) notification by or before noon tomorrow.

Call the Call Center using the toll free number and the zip code where you want to exchange.

You will have your exchange appointment 2-4 hours after you set your appointment – they could start Wed. afternoon 20 Nov. 2024.

Currencies on the Forex have been trading at great rates. Contract Rate on the Dinar is very strong. Dong has been traded up.

Rafi Farber highlights that bond yields have been rising even as the Federal Reserve is cutting interest rates, which is unusual.

Historically, when the Fed cuts rates, long-term bond yields tend to fall. This phenomenon hasn't occurred since 1981, signaling that the bond market may be in a bear market.

Farber suggests that the only way the Fed could halt rising bond yields is by buying up the entire bond market, similar to Japan's strategy. However, this could lead to the collapse of the dollar, as the Fed can't engage in such extreme measures without undermining the world's reserve currency.

Member: Does the Iraqi census have to complete b4 RV can occur?

Member: The census starts early tomorrow in Iraq…..

MZ: “A specialist determines the importance and objectives of the census and it has nothing to do with the citizens private life” It will allow them to allocate growth , roads ect…..they shut everything down and literally go door to door and count. They are also talking about changing, moving and expanding some redemption exchange centers in Iraq. Do they need more in certain areas? I heard this from a minister as another reason why they are doing the census.

MZ: I am now getting great chatter from the bond side. They are very hopeful and if they are right- by Thursday we should get an announcement. This is from some really solid contacts and I really hope they are right.

MZ: Some of my other top notch contacts said they have not heard that yet….so we will see. There is a lot of misinformation put out there on purpose.

MZ: Buckle up- we know things are close.

Clare:  Iraqi Prime Minister: Tomorrow we will take an important step that has been delayed for years

Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani confirmed that tomorrow, Wednesday, will be an important civilized and developmental step, as the long-awaited general population and housing census will begin after years of delay.

Al-Sudani said in a televised speech, "We are starting to implement the general population census to complete the priorities of the government program, and we seek for the census to be a modern scientific tool in planning."

He pointed out that the government took the decision to implement the census with great confidence in the capabilities of its government agencies, and that it is determined to serve the Iraqi people.

He explained that "the best modern methods were adopted to conduct the census in a scientific and accurate electronic manner, so that the results would serve the present and future of Iraqis."

He also added that the database that will result from the census will be a valuable tool for serving state institutions, and will contribute to supporting the rights of the segments most in need of service.

He pointed out that "the census is not just numbers that accumulate, but rather it is the dividing line between guesswork and facts and a decisive means of determining vital and effective decisions."

The Prime Minister called on citizens to cooperate with the teams tasked with conducting the census, stressing that the census has nothing to do with tax issues or social protection, but rather is a pillar for development and progress in all sectors.

He also praised the role of the Ministry of Planning and the General Authority for Statistics and Information Systems in the preparations they made, and thanked the United Nations Population Fund for its support, as well as the security services that worked to provide a safe and stable environment for the implementation of this operation.

Al-Sudani concluded his speech by saying: “We are confident in the dedication of citizens for the progress of our country, and we believe in a bright future that Iraqis and future generations will be proud of.”  LINK

Clare:  Parliamentary Finance Committee reveals the "impacts" of the population census on "provincial budgets"

11/19/2024

Member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, MP Jamal Kojer, confirmed on Tuesday that the population census will re-budget all governorates, indicating that the results of the census will be adopted in the budget if it is completed before the budget is prepared.

Kocher said in an interview with Shafaq News Agency, "It is supposed to re-prepare the budget of all governorates, including the governorates of the Kurdistan Region, based on the population census on the one hand, on the resources on the other hand, and on the sensitivity of the region on the third hand." 

He added, "There are governorates with high population density and therefore they must be taken into consideration in the upcoming budget. There are some governorates that lack resources or have resources, and these resources have social and health implications. Some governorates have a strategic dimension, for example Basra, Baghdad and Erbil, or some are gateways for the state with other countries."

He stressed that "the population census will have its effects in the next budget if the budget is prepared after the completion of the population census. However, if it is not completed, it will be postponed to the 2026 budget to adopt the census results."   LINK

Mnt Goat  ...the CBI is once again educating the citizens and merchants on how the new process will replace the currency auctions. In the article titled “PRIVATE BANKS ASSOCIATION: IRAQ TO ADOPT ADVANCED TRADE FINANCE SYSTEM BY END OF 2024” once again they explain how the new process will work. Quote:  “it is expected that by the end of the year there will be a transition to another more advanced and accurate system to enhance control over foreign transfers related to trade.”

Member: Kuwaits dinar is at $3.25 right now- Sudani said the dinar will be higher.

MZ: He said the IQD would become the highest in the world. He said it would return to its pre-emanate spot in the wor

Member: Is Iraq doing their census today?

Member: I think it starts tomorrow for a couple days.

But an accurate census is extremely important. And they are making it happen so they can pass the HCL. I believe this is the last step before Iraq pulls the trigger.

Member: Businesses, parliament are closed for a couple days…..and there is a curfew.

Member: I believe the HCL includes payments to citizens from oil proceeds…..like what Alaska does. Every citizen of Alaska gets paid yearly checks by the oil companies.

MZ: “Sudani: The census is the boundary between guesses and facts to distribute wealth according to fairer rules” There are some fun things going on in Iraqi politics.

MZ: This is huge:  “ Setting a date for the resumption of oil exports from Kurdistan from the Turkish port of Ceyhan”  They have set a date and will resume exports this year…..to me this means the HCL is done or very close to done.

The majority of trade is in USD…but its important to have options so they are expanding trade with many countries using the Chinese yuan and other local currencies…BRICS has given them opportunities to use other currencies besides US.

Member: Any banker of historic bond news?

MZ: Unfortunately no. They are still eerily quiet. I am hoping today to be able to track contacts down and get some news.

Member: If they signed an NDA – no one should talk…..i like it when its quiet.  

Member: Is the Indonisian Rupiah still guestimated at $1.47?

MZ: That is what I am still hearing. I hope that is accurate.

Member: Reminding  everyone again (so many new people here) you said long time ago when it happens you will have a special podcast to let us know.

Member: Anytime and any day…..Thanks Mark for being there for us.

Member: How long will we have to make appointments after the RV?

MZ: I heard 30 days. But some contacts believe it will be more like 90 days.

Mon. 18 Nov. 2024 Wolverine: “It looks like things have started. It’s definitely coming this week. May be in a few hours. People are under NDAs. Lots of people have been (allegedly) paid, especially in Columbia. Bond Holders have their appointments for Thurs. 21 Nov. They have(allegedly been paid out.”

Mon. 18 Nov. 2024 TNT Call:

1. Ray was very excited. Tony said Ray was trying to give away the good stuff.

2. Tony said he had a special weekend of ups and downs.

3. Two updates during the weekend of ups and downs.

4. The RV was supposed to have happened over the weekend, but it didn’t.

5. All three letter agencies said the celebration scheduled for Saturday was rescheduled for today in Zurich.

6. They say the RV is complete and we will see it sometime today.

7. Some banks have received memos today that the RV is happening – we could see it any time today.

8. The VND rate is $0.39 right now.

9. Some countries say they are going to attack Israel.

10. Most countries are worried about the new administration.

11. We will make a lot of changes after the RV on our part. It becomes a new world for us.

12. All the three-letter agencies said that the RV will be done today.

13. Ray is very excited. When asked between 1 and 10, with 10 being the highest, Ray, where is it? Ray said 12.

14. The same question was asked to Tony, and Tony said 9.

15. Some people will have multi-currency accounts. Tony said he wouldn’t have any.

16. They are saying it is done and released. The process is underway right now.

17. The banks and the Federal Reserve are waiting for the email right now.

18. Tony said he is also waiting for the email from the banks.

19. The RV has been completed and released and the process is underway right now.

PompeyPeter   The most important thing IMO...we're waiting for is the release of the 2024 budget with amendments which contains the new International rate.  That new rate will be applied to the budget upon release.  We have not seen that budget release yet but we hope, pray and believe that it's extremely close...

Where is the GCR? All the fires lit in Sept., Oct. and Nov. infatically stating the beginning of the GCR, going as far to exact days and even exact times of the day, when it was to begin. Common sense , at the time, would dictate we would see nothing dramatic happen leading up to the general election and most likely immediately following the election .

The transition of administrations in a presidential election creates a period of change and uncertainty, both domestically and internationally.

This process begins the day after the election, as votes are tallied, contested, or certified, and culminates with the inauguration of the next president on January 20th.

The transition affects not only the political landscape but also has significant implications for markets, foreign governments, and the broader economy. During this time, financial markets experience volatility, reflecting investor reactions to perceived political stability or instability.

For example, equities markets might rally if the outcome suggests continuity of policies favorable to business, while sectors linked to anticipated regulatory changes could see sharp movements. Now throw a major change of global currencies in the batch of confusion.

After the winner is confirmed, the transition formally begins, with the incoming administration organizing a team to assume the responsibilities of governance including the selection of cabinet members. Overall, this period serves as a microcosm of the new administration’s governance style. The clarity, organization, and tone set during the transition not only impact domestic confidence but also shape international perceptions of the incoming leadership’s priorities and effectiveness.

 Keeping in mind the GCR is a global event and will require the cooperation and participation of all the sovereign nations. They all will be on hold until they can confirm the U.S. (being the big dog in the fight) is stable and willing to pursue its role in the GCR.

That being said, regardless of any new rumors or predictions in the near future , logic says the GCR would not be able to begin until the new administration takes office and stabilizes. No one wants to build a house on shifting sand.

The Iraqi government reassured about the price of a barrel of oil in Iraq’s budget for the fiscal year 2025.

During his hosting on the {Free Talk} program broadcast on Al-Furat satellite channel this evening, the Prime Minister's advisor, Subhan Mulla Jihad, considered that: "The three-year budget was approved based on the price of a barrel of Iraqi oil at $70, and the schedules change annually, and practically the government has surplus amounts to cover the rest of the year."

He added, "But if prices continue to decline in 2025, we may face some problems in the price of a barrel, which will be set at $60, and all indicators confirm that oil prices will not decline below that."

Mulla Jihad continued, "The House of Representatives has 20 days of legislative recess, and at the beginning of the new legislative session, the 2025 budget schedules will be sent by the government to be approved."

Regarding Al-Sudani's visit to Erbil, Mulla Jihad said, "Al-Sudani's visit to Erbil is very successful and was able to create a solid foundation for future relations," noting that "there is a problem in light of the chaos of previous governments between Baghdad and Erbil due to the failure to implement agreements and the high costs of oil companies contracting with the region as a result of wrong policies in the previous stage, and a satisfactory solution was reached with the region."    link

I want to address a statement made by Goldilocks regarding the Zim-Bond known as ZWD which many of you hold. The image you see below was from a NDA agreement that only select few had the privilege of even signing. Which I give all credit to my friend Sean. Who was my AIF-Accredited Investment Fiduciary which is required designated signature for a certified financial advisor. Fi360, formerly known as the Center for Fiduciary Studies, administers the AIF designation.

What are the requirements to earn an AIF title?

• Meet minimum experience requirements
• Earn a bachelor’s degree or higher, or obtain a professional credential
• Complete PPC training
• Pass the AIF exam
• Meet the Code of Ethics and Conduct Standards
• Submit an application and pay dues

I want to show you all in a formal manner that this is an extremely rare occurrence regarding the acquisition of the NDA where gaining access to specified parties that would issue one out to you is under very limited opportunities depending upon who you know and what you know. Which has nothing to do with the broader general public at large who does not need one in order to exchange their currency.

One of my followers reached out to me about a comment Goldilocks made about the Zim-Bonds that most hold in Dinarland. And it struck me as very odd when she told me that your Zim currency will not only be in the 1st basket but will not be honored at all. Which was a daring remark to say given that Zimbabwe has not written any policy outlining any of this in any official capacity. A few reasons below behind the why.

Zimbabwe has not been effectively participating in the forex market due to its currency’s instability and lack of international trust, primarily stemming from these reasons below.

-The Zimbabwean dollar experienced extreme hyperinflation, making it virtually worthless.

-The local currency was abandoned in 2009 in favor of foreign currencies like the USD due to economic collapse.

-Post-2009, Zimbabwe operated on a multi-currency system, reducing the need for a forex market for its local currency.

-The reintroduction of a local currency (Zim dollar in 2019 and ZiG in 2024) hasn’t restored international confidence due to ongoing economic issues and policy inconsistencies.

-International sanctions and economic policies have further isolated Zimbabwe from global financial markets.

But now since they have launched the Zig in April 2024 is their 1st chance to rejoin the international markets. Which is a plus all the way around for their country and those holding Zim-Bonds/ZWD. Because when you look at my NDA below the ZWD that most of you hold was already being honored behind the scenes just like the Iraqi Dinar was for most in the military who have been exchanging for years.

This is one primary reason Zimbabwe never wrote any policy in their country denouncing any possibility that your Zim-Bond will not be honored because how when the contracts to do so already exist that I and a small few of other people actually have. Does that make any sense to you? The reason Zimbabwe is in this muddy grey area is because they want to see how the Zig is going to perform which is backed by gold on the Forex market. This will be the determining factor to honoring your Zim-Bonds.

I guarantee you will not find any current policy in Zimbabwe supporting anything Goldilocks has said regarding the currency not being honored. Because even Zimbabwe is not clear on that simply because they are waiting on how the ZIG is going to perform.

Why do you think the ZIG is only going to be used in-country? This is to give their economy the much needed stability. Which is why I told everyone Iraqi Dinar will go 1st. Now given the current status I can understand why some may assume it may not be in the 1st basket due to the current economy.

That’s oK. We now know what they are trying to do with the ZIG. Which Will make everything clear once they let it loose on the Forex. We will not be using the Zig. We do not need to. It’s only a gauge meter for everything else we are waiting for involving our Zim-Bond.

Because what does it say on it?

“I Promise To Pay Bearer On Demand” correct? What do you think that means?

 “I Promise To Pay Bearer On Demand” (Look At Your Note)

The historical context of this is this. It’s a remnant of when currencies were often backed by gold or other assets, promising the bearer that they could exchange the note for its face value in gold or another standard currency at any time. People, what did Zimbabwe do already? Support their currency with gold correct?

Are you starting to get it now?

This is why Zimbabwe never wrote any policy in their country to prohibit you from getting your potential ROI.

This phrase legally positions the bond note as an obligation by the issuer (the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe) to pay the holder the stated amount, theoretically at any time.

Do your homework on this. Because this is why I am blocked by platforms that dud not want to address my inquiries.

And a few others you do not know about.

Ariel:  This is still true by the way. Leave the NDAs alone. You do not need one. The gurus never signed one. So their advice about it is null/void. Period.

BadBagger:  Why are you on social media telling everyone you are the only one with an NDA? Anytime you work with an entity that deals in private information that cannot be shared publicly you would be required to sign an NDA. Working in the financial sector for over 30 years you sign NDAs

Ariel: Because I am on social media telling you emphatically and logically that the NDA that I signed years ago will never be seen by 99% of people in Dinarland regarding foreign currency and the figures involved specifically with the Zimbabwe Bonds that gurus claim the general public has to sign.

We are not talking about some generic corporate NDA that doesn’t involve anyone acquiring 6 figure payouts and beyond that you are referring to that only has to do with prohibitions of leaking info outside the bylines in that contract that is absent of any profit yielding investment that has an ROI that would maintain you for the next 50 lifetimes.

MZ: I think it was a lovely tease and tells us how close we are.

Member: rates on the dong seem lower than previously estimated, Do you think VND will be .39 for us?

MZ: I still think rates will be higher than .39 cents….but I could live it. Just think we spent about $50 bucks for a million dong…..If it RVs at .39 cents that is a ROI of $390,000.00 per 1 million dong….who is going to complain about that? Turning $50 bucks into $390 thousand.

Member: Maybe they're priming the pump…Im hoping for at least a 1 to 1.

MZ: I am still hear a rate of low $2+

Member: I Found a million dong at a flea market for 2 dollars this weekend. Woot win

Member: Mark, isn't it an insanely good sign that the Rupiah, Rial, and Dong had visible rates to us plebains?  I wonder why we see it on some sites and not on forex/others?

MZ: It’s an extremely good sign…and I have had some feedback from some in high levels who say “Foreign officials in Iraq have confirmed that yesterday’s test rates (Referring to Saturdays test rates popping up on dinar and dong) are 100% legit. “  I am starting to get excited.

MZ: is it showing on some exchanges? Yes. Is it fully released? No   So it is showing there but not compete yet.

Member: Nader says the IQD is on forex.  He said that the dinar is on forex and soon we can buy and sell in Banks

Member: What were the test rates they saw?

MZ:one of them was $.39 cents for dong and most saw rates of upper $3’s to lower $4’s on dinar.

Member: We are hearing that the Bolivar will be about .30.

Member: I am just ready to turn in my foreign currencies no matter the exchange price.

Member: Rates don't really matter if they wont release them so we can exchange... IMO

MZ: In Iraq: “ Al Sayoud : A gathering of generations and political blocs will adopt a project from which a national government will emerge capable of crossing the country to safety” If you follow the theme of the articles in Iraq this weekend. They are making all the necessary moves to move into a new era in Iraq…..They are talking about how great and hopeful it is.

MZ: Then there is a great discussion in Iraq about “The Deletion of zeros and the evaluation of the dinar”  He talks about how the delete the zeros works and how it can increase the value!!!. Here is an example they used to try to keep it really simple   

MZ: For example, suppose a foreign government has set 10 units of its currency to equal one US dollar. To revalue its currency, the government might change the rate to 5 units per dollar, making its currency twice as expensive when valued in US dollars as it was before. If the above-mentioned currency revaluation occurs, any assets held by a U.S. corporation in the foreign economy must be revalued. If the value of the asset held in a foreign currency was previously valued at $100,000 based on the old exchange rate, the revaluation requires a change of $200,000. This change reflects the new value of the foreign asset in the local currency by adjusting the revaluation of the relevant currency.

MZ: the project to delete the zeros is to raise the value. Thus needing lower denomination bills. They are spelling it out for us.

MZ: “Controversial laws in 2025 budget schedules await resolution”  they are taking advangtage of the extended parliamentary session to finish these.

MZ: “Kurdistan Prepares for curfew on census days and reveals those excluded from it”  there are a lot of people telling us the census had to be done before they pull the trigger. Well, they are doing the census so we can check that box off. They are about to close everything down for 2 days. And everyone is staying home to get counted. 

MZ: Lots of expectations and possibilities for this week …..Stay calm. We are seeing an overwhelming amount of evidence this week.

MZ: No updates from bond guys yet this morning. It’s too early in the day for banking to start on the west coast.
