Energy   Economy News-Baghdad  The specialist in economic and commercial disputes between countries, lawyer Jaafar Al-Saadi, suggested on Sunday that the Turkish government would compensate Iraq between 25 billion to 32 billion dollars for violating the provisions of the Iraqi-Turkish pipeline agreement signed in 1973 .

Al-Saadi added, "The Iraqi government must first resort to diplomatic methods to resolve the issues between Iraq and neighboring countries through diplomatic means, because Iraq has strong historical relations with neighboring countries without creating crises in the region, and in the event of the failure of diplomatic solutions regarding oil and water fields, resort to international courts."
