Member: Anything new on the bond side Mark?

MZ: Bonds continue to stay quiet, but I don’t think it’s a bad thing. I think its exactly as planned. I understand its painful. It’s been painful for me.

MZ: In Iraq: “Trump comments on the coordination Framework candidate. We have some options” He does not want Maliki…..W are still waiting for them to seat the President and then the Prime Minister. This could happen very quickly….in a day or two.

Member: Well it sure appears they are in no hurry and don’t give a d*** about breaking their constitution.

Member: Iraq still tripping over their own shoelaces again in the news? Lmao. What a bunch of slackers.

Member: I really think they have been told that they can’t go yet and they created this Maliki thing to cover up the fact that they have been told to wait.

Member: Is it possible that they have been told by Trump and our military that we can’t go yet, so they created this Maliki situation to have a reason to stall? Maybe they just can’t go yet?

Member: Sounds more like a "way" to hide any revalue of the Dinar until they are ready or until they are told to revalue.. just sayin!!!

MZ: Other conversations in Iraq, which previous articles talk about …is they feel like they are between a rock and hard place about Maliki…..If the house decides Maliki is not good for Iraq…then it’s the people deciding. If they follow Trumps recommendation – it looks like they are not a sovereign country …So will they double down on stupid and put Maliki in to prove they are in charge…or find out just what the people want?

Member: Love the pun between IRAQ and a hard place Mark

Member: I wonder if Iraq were to hold elections of the people, how long of a time frame are we looking for that process to occur?

MZ: Their Constitution has some interesting takes on this.” Dissolution of the works of Parliament  “  On the brink or the constitution. Iraq between politics deadlock and the possibility of a Grand Solution. What is that Grand Solution?  Have elections again….start again from scratch…This may get rid of the Maliki question …This is what they are talking about.

Member: Well that would suck.  

MZ: “ US Congressional Delegation assures Barzani of Iraq’s support and protection of the Kurdistan Region”  There are congressman on the ground as we speak. Delegations are working closely and tightly with the Kurdish Region and Baghdad to try to come up with a solution as quickly as possible. They might not admit it….but the world needs this revaluation.

MZ: Pure panic occurred in the banking world on Thursday afternoon. They created false interest then to crash the price of gold and silver to kick in the algorithm. IMO the full blown last panic started Thursday afternoon. Banks and Central Banks have been grabbing as much metals as they could. They stepped this up to a “Hail Mary” level on Thursday. We may start seeing this in MSM early this week…they can’t hide it. Panic has ensued…watch it play out.

MZ: In Venezuela- They are printing new bills that say Venezuelan dollar. We need to keep an eye on this. Will we have to exchange our bolivar for the new currency? I do not know. The new bills are specifically called dollars and not bolivar. When I get information on this I will share it.

Member: Donnie, Mike Bara, TNT Tony etc saying they can’t give information.

Member: Teller at my bank said all managers were off site in training. He confirms that he was NDA also! Yaaayyy!

Member. Remember it’s a 3 day weekend with Presidents Day on Monday…..and Chinese New Year on Tuesday I believe. It will be year of the horse and “New Beginnings”

Member: I have read that Basel 3 kicks in at 60% the 16th.

Member: Valentine’s Day, Mardi Gras and Chinese new year that’s a lot of events to distract us!

Member: Also Ramadan all over the middle east starts on the 17th.

Member: Hope you all have a wonderful Valentines Day. Still hoping this will be our RV weekend……fingers crossed.

Zester: Pops has a lot to talk about tomorrow morning and will be trying to get confirmations on some things to send to me to announce today possibly.

Member: Zester, will there be no RV until the Clarity act is passed?

Zester: The Clarity act is a very important part of the process in terms of bringing the blockchain into the financial system. It is one I am keeping a extreme eye on. A lot of the slow down of this act is about the conversation based on “yield” and interest payments. Whether people will be able to earn interest on tokenized gold and tokenized dollars ect.

Zester: This is a very important piece of legislation because it does establish a lot of the framework and rules on how this digital representation of real world assets (like gold and silver) are going to function .

Member: I wonder when the Clarity act will be voted on in Congress?

Member: Rumor is -February 22?  Hope its true. Wish it was sooner.

Member: Still wish the other countries would just go….as Iraq is still dragging their feet.

Member: Banks are now suing you for CC debt. Will you still owe the debt after the RV?

MZ: Yes, I would say that. It’s not where 100% of it goes…but enough to lump it there.

Member: Mark, What do you know about gold bearer bonds?

MZ: I know they are popular with Treasury buyers right now.

Hey Mark, read this do you know anything about its validity? Wed. 11 Feb. 2026 at 05:05 am EST final clearance codes for the new Quantum Financial System pulsed through the Quantum Grid.

Member: Mark do you agree there’s no way to clean up all the corrupt and Iraq will just have to move forward??

MZ: yes I do

MZ: They said Iraq would have a president today….but we don’t. the President comes first and then the Prime Minister

MZ: Constitutionally they should already have their president. They should already have their government. They keep making back room deals and putting things off. They are ignoring their own constitution and legal experts are starting to call them to the mat. It should force them to get things done.

Member: I read the IRAQ president decision postponed till Sunday….again

MZ: “Iraqi dinar speculation misplaced: CBI boss” Alaq is saying to stop speculating because we are not going to reduce the value of the dinar. They are going to continue to hold it strong. They have the reserves and they have the gold …they do not need to lower the value. They can back 140% of their currency.

MZ: Remember – these were the kind of rumors in Kuwait just before they revalued. And the same rumors in china before they revalued.

Member: Is Iraq ever gonna finish those white papers and HCL laws???

Member: Last year they said the same thing and they didn’t RV. Also, Sudani said it would happen while he was the PM and it didn’t.

Member: I KNOW it will happen eventually but we seem like we are having the same conversations about IQD that we were having a year ago

MZ: I think they are moving forward on HCL and have all the necessary components….and don’t want us to know yet. I think they are holding announcements so we can’t speculate on RV timing.

Member: Lots of rumors going around. Distractions...Keep focused.

Member: Ramadan starts at the end of the month…..hope we see the RV before then.

MZ: Yup. The move is now to consolidate and force because they have passed constitutional deadlines. They may force the issue and force the Kurdistan region and this will pretty much sign Sudani up for Prime Minister…imo….Things are moving

Member: Once Iraq sets their President , could the RV get put into play right after? Fingers crossed.

Member: With Ramadon happening on the 17th…I pray we will go before then!

MZ: “Iraq megaproject that no one thought would happen is racing to completion” This is reducing or eliminating the need for natural gas from Iran. Its greatly increasing Iraq’s energy capabilitieseven though OPEC limits what they can sell…. Iraq is greatly racing to up their production capabilities. My theory is we are about to see a massive change and lower fuel prices …,aybe the death of the petrodollar?

Member: Why are banks collapsing?

MZ: Because they traded on paper instead of real assets. In the fiat world- just like Voltaire said “Fiat always returns to its intrinsic value of zero”

Member: come on Gold backed money…we sure need it.

Member: Any historic bond news?

MZ: Still no solid bond news. When I tell you it’s quiet- It’s quiet. We were told long ago that when we got close to currency and bonds…..we would see quiet and the world look like it was coming unglued….That’s what we are seeing. I hope that means we are there.

Member: If it’s a shotgun start everyone is just waiting to all go at the same time.

Member: Perhaps we will see reset first or crash of economy and banking?

Member: Mark any chance we will see the economy and banking crash before we see this rv? Cause I remember you saying if it does we get the reset faster.

MZ: I think we are seeing the controlled demolition of the entire fiat system right before our eyes.

Member: A “mysterious entity” asked for delivery of 5000 silver contracts on Friday Feb 6…Reports said it could crash the system?

Member: March has 76,091 open contracts.Each contract = 5,000 oz.If March sees 100% delivery like February, that's 380 million oz.Does COMEX have it?Less than 3 weeks until March delivery starts.

Member: Over the last few days, a lot of gurus and others reports were saying that tier 4b we’re already scheduling appointments

Member: It was reported that the bond activity is moving big time ….

MZ: Its very quiet on my bond side. I cannot change that. I could be like some others and make things up.IMO

MZ: No fresh news on the Zim or the bolivar.

Member: GM. Quick question. Yesterday while listening to Mike Bara, someone .said, you said one of the bond guys did put his deposit on his home in the Mediterranean

MZ: Yes…he put a deposit on it. Whether or not he has historic bond money or he found the money somewhere else…..that is the question. He said in the past he was not going to do this until he had money from his bonds…..could that have changed?

Member: Why would the U.S. Treasury allow the FED to give $56billion to the banks?

Member: I think the clarity act and rv and many things all at same time

Member: I found this quite interesting Mark that China May have created synthetic gold identical to real gold sparking fears of a Financial crash

Member: I believe Trump is building his legacy on good things happening. There will be no market crash, banks collapsing, etc.

Member: Recaps had a great video this morning from X22 report all about the new financial system and Trump about to switch us to sound money/gold backed money

Member: my friend got a government check returned about a year ago and the signature was Judy Shelton

Member: Trump told everyone Warsh is central casting so don't give up on Judy Sheldon.

MZ: What have we heard in the last few hours? Possibly Judy Shelton will be in?  Was Kevin Warsh a head fake?

Member: MSM finally talking about a gold reset

Member: I was expecting some fall out from Basil III implementation. Have not heard anything on it.

​​Member: Vietnam must be locked and loaded for the RV? Yet all we hear is how Iraq is tightening their financial stability and security.

MZ: “ Barzani announce support for banking sector reform project. It will improve Iraq’s economy”  A lot happening politically there. The Kurdish region suddenly very supportive of theses changes. I believe agreements have been made behind the scenes.

MZ: “ Central Bank Governor: The exchange rate is fixed and will not change. And we continue to pump dollars” There has been pressure to decreast the exchange rate and not increase it. And to do away with auctions as they are now doing it. They have been using US dollars to buy dinar off the streets and use it for international trade. This is a great way for them to decrease the dinar in circulation. It is allowing them to clean up their currency.

MZ: Why would they clean up their currency? To increase the rate.

Member: I think Iraq is stuck in “Groundhog Day”  very sad.

Member: Why is Iraq so slow in getting their government together !! Always excuses every week with them !! Other currency should go ahead of them !! February only has 28 days and Ramadan begins on 17th !!!

Member: Hey All, Friday just before the banks closed, my hubby received phone calls and then messages on his computer saying that his bank account was being wiped out at that moment..got home from work in time to prevent hubby from giving acct numbers and passwords. hubby had given his ss#, phone and Addy. hubby has stroke issues and didn't understand what happened...

Member: Please be careful!! caller ID says bank name. Scammers are becoming more creative

Member: I wish this movie would end…Im tired of popcorn

Member: The movie is a timeline, when the timeline's come together the move is done

Member: I get it. We are all suffering, and we want hope and dreams of grander days! Stop waiting for someone else to save you. Put the RV and medbeds on a shelf, go out there, and make the world better.

Member: IMO -We are witnessing the greatest change in our nation’s history, what a time to be alive. We are very close to our Blessing.

Member: Good Morning and welcome to a new week of possibilities

Member: Well the weekend was a nothing burger…so hoping the week is better

Member: So, what's the next station in this RV train?

MZ: On the bond side…still quiet as expected. It’s Monday morning and usual. If I get any breaking news Ia will do a short “blurp” tonight at Truth, X or Telegram.

Member: The Federal Reserve is injecting $56 billion into the banking system over the next 3 weeks.

MZ: The efforts to keep the bonds from collapsing in Japan is extreme. To keep the Banks from imploding in the US is extreme right now. Just keep watching.

Member: Sheesh- let's just give the banks another bailout

Member: Also China has announced they will be dumping $600 Billion in treasuries.

MZ: Nobody wants US treasuries…Even US citizens don’t buy treasuries much anymore.

Member: China announced the yuan will be backed by gold

MZ: They did that a few years ago. They did what they called a “hybrid gold backed yuan” for international oil deals.

Member: MM still says the CBI is who will revalue the Dinar.. no government needed!!

Member: I saw an interesting article about Iraq talking about building up their smaller cities to offset crowding. But to do so will be extremely expensive.

MZ: “Iraq Parliament hold session for minutes and adjouns it until further notice”  They tabled their session over the weekend…then came back on Monday which was shut down.

Member: Will Iraq will have their govt finalized by the next election? I thought the US elections were messed up ….but Iraq wins the award

MZ: “The state administrative coalition supported the ASYSCUDA decision. Blocking the path of “political investment through chaos” and prevented buying through bribery”  They are sticking to their guns on customs and imports. By forcing everything to be digital…its easy to track. Stops the money going to corrupt people.

MZ: “Speculators and smugglers lead the agitation against the new tariffs and ASYCUDA” They have set up bots to whip people up with false claims.

Member:  Iraq needs to step up or get out of the first rv basket !! Annoying they are !!

Member: Hope Mark has some good news today.

MZ: Bond side is still very quiet…..but, lets pull all the Historic bond updates from last week together as a review. I am still being told that sovereigns, bonds and then currency.  

MZ:  Sovereigns have a lot of money that came from the D2 (Dubai 2) funds

MZ: there is a possibility that I will be able to share some banking info soon . Parts will be redacted…but a friend is getting that together for me which has me excited.

Member: Rumors today are these rates…IQD, 8.73. VND, 5.12 presently

MZ: Most of the other news today is over Iran and Iraq and Maliki and power.

MZ: “British Institute: Maliki’s candidacy for the presidency of the Iraqi government is an indicator of Iranian -US rivalry” They are pointing out how much Iranian influence is still in Iraq. And the US does not like Iranian influence.

MZ: “US State Department: We will use all our tools to prevent Maliki’s return”  Of course they will

MZ: “US Treasury freezes the assets of Halbousi and two of his party leaders” They are still cleaning up corruptions and these were laundering funds to go to Iran.  This one is huge and I believe they will keep exposing politicians until they Iraq gets their act together- drops Malike and gets their government sat.

Member: Mark I keep remembering what you said about Kuwait and all the distractions right before it popped.

Member: Charlie Ward video was something everyone needs to watch it's about silver having problems and nobody is talking about it

Member: Looks like silver may crash the entire system…..starting Monday.

Member: Olympics just started…Also Super Bowl tomorrow……lots of distractions going on

Member: Iraq is sure in no hurry to finish their government and anything else. They move slower than a snail eating molasses in February…lol

MZ: I got a couple of bond updates this morning. Overnight last night they got a heads up to travel to Asia. Many are also headed to the Phillipines. This is very different.

Member: Rumor is the Phillipines has large gold vaults.

MZ: I am also hearing they are expecting the release of D2 funds at any moment. (Dubai 2). The sovereigns as well. This is really positive news and fits with the news I had gotten the day before.

Member: That is all Tier 3 stuff…….awesome news.

Member: There are 5 Tiers of folks Exchanging. Tier 1-governments and royalty Tier 2-whales-elite with platforms of currency, corporations, etc. Tier 3-Admirals Group, American Indians, CMKX, large church groups (like the Mormons), etc. Tier 4-all the hundreds of thousands paying attention to intel - internet groups(all of us). Tier 5- those who never paid attn - the general public.

Member: MarkZ, Great Job On The Jon Dowling Podcast…everyone should be sure and listen.

Member: Markets are bleak. Hopefully the end is in sight

Member: I'd like to know how Chase and other banks enjoyed huge profits as metals tanked last week.

Member: Metals tanking last week was only value manipulation so the large banks could pay iff their shorts inexpensively.

MZ: In Iraq: “ Kurdistan region deposits 120 billion dinars in non-oil revenues in Baghdad”  They are trying to get HCL completed.

MZ: I was told they are still trying to seat the President today.

MZ: “Iraq raises its gold reserves and advances to 28th place in the world” There is still a unprecedented buying frenzy going on right now.

Member: Mark any verification on the rumor people in iraq getting paid with the new rate????

Member: If it were true…..we would be making apts……imo….Sadly just a rumor…imo

Member: ​​If every currency would rv at even $1.00, we would all be able to breathe and help others for years to come. I'm not asking for much... just to go, already!

Member: Mark, How much of a “head start” with appointments do you think we will have before the general public? A few hours or days?

MZ: I think we will have days. I could be wrong but I think days. The original plan was 10 days. But in today’s interconnected world…I do not think they can do that.

Member: I just want this “movie” to end. Roll the credits already!

Member: One day closer to that 2 week retirement notice!

Will Mark Savaya become Iraq’s next Prime Minister?

MarkZ: Bond Update: There have been some interesting things on Historic Bonds that I have been somewhat hesitant to share.

Some of the deals that have been worked out through UST (US Treasury) as the purchasers…..I am told they have finished up with their I’s dotted and crossed their t’s and are waiting for the final code release. Which they tell me they are going to do for everybody at the same time.

Looking at some funds that have been put into place for some historic monies. We are talking about things like the Rodriguez Trust, Dubai and St. Germaine and they have already moved $400Q (Quintillion?)

So we are seeing money movement by people very involved in the process. (At the paymaster level or higher)

I don’t want to get people hopes up too much…so stay grounded. But it really looks that good.

I am also hearing The Iraqi dinar and the Vietnamese Dong rates will be closer to each other…I hope that is true. And they will go at the same time.  We may hear about the dinar while the dong goes quietly as well at the same time.

Member: Good Morning. Funny thing is yesterday was Groundhog Day….but today still feels like Groundhog day here in Dinarland. LOL

Member: Anything new with the RV Mark? Anything from tier 3 bondholders?

MZ: No and its painful. I really thought I would have an update by this morning.

Member: Does anyone think bond holders have been paid and are holding tier 4 back?

MZ: I think they may have been paid some but do not think they are delaying 4.

Member: Mike Bara and Jen said some Bond holders paid

Member: Have the Indian nations received funds?

MZ: I do not think the Indian nations are allowed to distribute yet.  

Member: I live amongst three Indian nations .... IMO they're rolling! Nice cars new government buildings .

Member: I heard this just after midnight on my talk radio show driving home from work, Iraq has contacted the US for clear economic negotiations, the US hasn't responded yet

Member: I heard from a friend in Iraq that Thursday is looking good

Member: Hearing Presidential vote on Thursday, 26 budget vote on Saturday with CBI changing the rate immediately

MZ: In Iraq: “48 Hours to decide Presidential Election”  There is a mad scramble going on inside Iraq. I was told leaders are desperate to talk with the US and avoid sanctions. What I am being told is they feel like they are in between a rock and a hard place. They feel like with Makiki….if they don’t go with him they are bowing to the US….but If they do go with him…they are bowing to Iran.

MZ: “Wide International momentum on the second day of the Baghdad International fair” There are a huge amount of companies who want to do business with Iraq.

Member: I really thought we would have Tax relief this year before April 15

Member: Looks like another tax season will go on? Hoping for a miracle

MZ: Emotionally and financially in the US…..IT is predicted to be a record breaking not tax paying year. People are done with the corruption and the government just giving away and wasting their hard earned money…    Just a prediction

Member: Another “Boston Tea Party” moment possibly on the way. ? 

Member: We pay plenty of taxes. politicians need to be held accountable for all the waste and fraud. They are the ones who allowed the fraud to happen

Member: Taxes are voluntary until they start coming after you.

Member: I am praying this is the calm before the RV storm….Something has to break soon. So tired of delays and excuses .  The PTB knows what needs to be done to save the world…..and they just won’t do it.

Member: I still think it will happen “Suddenly”

Member: Praying for all that have any health problems and happy birthday and anniversary to all that are celebrating today

Member: Happy Groundhog day. Unfortunately he saw his shadow so 6 more weeks of winter.

Member: Does anyone else feel we are in “Groundhog Day” for real?

MZ: I think we all do….but there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Member: Groundhog Day! What better day is there for breaking the cycle and moving on up?!

Member: That creature known as THE RV is lurking in the shadows watching  and waiting for the right time to emerge

Member: Mark, No vote in Iraq yesterday for President why???

MZ: “Deadline for the Presidential election revealed”  they sat down and had a big meeting yesterday then first thing this morning they came up with some BS. They gave themselves a deadline…even though they already had deadlines that were written in their constitution….but they gave themselves a new deadline of this Thursday .

MZ: Lots of meetings still going on. Sudani has gone to Kurdistan to talk to Barzani about getting this thing finished. Once they finish seating the President they will announce candidates for Prime Minister. Sudani is still in the running.

MZ: Many still feel that Maliki could be the one…..lots of back and forth going on. They actually were working on HCL in some of the meetings today.

Member: Frank says the Maliki and Alak are good friends and Maliki doesn’t want Iraq to rv

Member: Milita Man had a good show. I like that he states the Iraq politics and financial reforms are 2 different things and were still moving in the right direction

MZ: The CBI has been very clear about that. They back their money with assets and a basket of other currencies….and is separate from the government.

Member: So with Iraq being  seemingly postponed for now- Why couldn’t Vietnam just RV now?

MZ: They will go at the same time….they are intertwined and it would crush their treasuries to go separately …..that is how it was told to me by someone who works in the Finance Ministry in Iraq.

Member: Costco sold out of all their silver over the weekend. Their warehouse is completely drained no silver left and they got rid of it at the $78 price.

Member: I hear Wells Fargo Wealth Management headquarters is moving to Palm Beach, Florida.

MZ: Yes…it’s leaving California and moving to Florida. They are tired of the taxes and over regulations. They say most of their clients are leaving California for Florida and Texas. Why would they want to stay in California if their clients are not there? Its just math.

Member: BOA just announced they will start accepting XRP for payments !!!

Member: Mark, what's the latest on your bond contact talking about currency starting to move?

MZ: No updates yet from Bond folks. It’s a Monday and its rare to get any bond updates over the weekend. Its usually late on Monday or early on Tuesdays that we get any bond updates.

Member: Hope deferred make the heart sick. But a joy realized is a well spring of life!
