Throughout Memorial Day Weekend Department of Defense security teams have arrested 27,000+ perpetrators of Deep State criminal activities, including obstructing the RV release.
On Mon. 1 June we would see Quantum Financial System, political and legal transitions. The Restored Republic would legally take over the Cabal Deep State US Corporation government; GESARA / NESARA debt relief would become more public; the SWIFT system that the Deep State used to delay the RV release, would be completely disconnected from the banking system; the gold/ asset-backed US Note would be fully transitioned, operational and compliant in the new Quantum Financial Digital Ledgering System for global transactions, plus the new Iraqi Dinar Rate would be made public.
Over the past several days the fiat US Dollar has converted to a digital gold/asset-backed US Note for global trading and payouts, the Federal Reserve Bank and IRS were moved under the new US Treasury, while reducing IRS staff to 3-4 agents per state as part of the transition into GESARA / NESARA protocols under the Restored Republic.

Over the next 72 hours the proliferation of money-of-account funds would finish being disbursed into accounts by Tues. 26 May.
SKR holders and other account holders were still being called by Paymasters to confirm account info for disbursements now, of which there was evidence that his was really being released this week.
Over the next 72 hours there will be final audits, there were Tier 4a,b tests going on right now and Tier 4a,b would be started some time in this time frame.

It had to come this week before the Mon. 1 June Quantum Financial System, political and legal transitions.
Starting Sat. morning 23 May five of the Dragon Families were paid in US Note disbursements.
As of Mon. 25 May some of the “Elders were using their freed up funds [through a paymaster in Jakarta Indonesia] to pay [clients] to complete some [humanitarian] projects.”
Laughable disinformation was rumors that the Elders told the Admiral that it won't happen until Sept. or Oct.
The Military Intel Contact said, "Happy Memorial Day -- remember all the military vets who gave their lives for your freedom. He felt for those Marines traumatized from rescuing children in the underground tunnel warfare these past weeks.”

On Fri. 22 May just after midnight POTUS signed off and final disbursements were released for liquid access to RV accounts by Tues.-Wed. 26-27 May. A few hours prior Wells Fargo would send out 530,000+ notification emails to start Tier 4b exchanges.
By Mon. 15 June Redemption Centers and Contract Rates would no longer be available, while the General Public Tier 5 could exchange foreign currencies at the new international rates under the new Quantum Financial System.

Al-Jumaili said in a tweet on his Twitter account, that "to face part of the financial crisis represented by the cost of public job compensation, we have two options, either to reduce salaries or reduce the value of the dinar against the dollar and each option has a cost."
