Tishwash: Kurdistan Parliament meets next Monday: Several laws are read, on top of which is the amendment of "Oil and Gas"
The Presidency of Kurdistan Parliament announced today, Saturday, that a meeting will be held next Monday to discuss a number of issues, including conducting the second reading of the draft law to amend the oil and gas law in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
A statement by the Presidency of Parliament, received by Shafaq News Agency, stated that it invites members of Parliament for the 9th regular session of the spring session of the fourth year of the fifth session of Parliament, at ten o'clock in the morning next Monday.

Yada: I agree rvalready. Like the fact Tony mentioned makes sense to release the rate to save the country and then tackle the challenges. Especially if the Framework "tries" to form a government only to have it taken down by the people…..we heard it said, by the CBI, that they put the rate in the budget, waiting for it to be passed. Despite not having the government formed, the law is passed. Looking for a "No hitter" tomorrow.

A group of political blocs in the House of Representatives intend to change the current election law, and legislate a new electoral law to replace the “individual candidacy” that was applied in the last elections 2021.
