MZ: In the past we were told close the RV- peace would suddenly break out in the middle east…The news today about an agreement between Hamas and Israel might be it. It all seems to be coming together.

Member: This puzzle has definitely been challenging to piece together, but man is the final picture going to be gorgeous

Member: Some Gurus are expecting the RV tomorrow.

MZ: I am not. Most of what I am seeing – is around the 21st and 22nd.

Member: Tony said that the RV switch will be flip in 24 hrs and the 24 hrs has already started

Member: Was the third reading of Iraq’s budget today?

MZ: it was not today. I was told it was now scheduled for Sunday

Member: 3rd reading or not, doesn't it become law 15 days after the 2nd reading?

Member: Frank26 said they don’t need a third reading because they are only voting on an amendment and the rest of the bill was already passed

MZ: “Parliament to add amendment clause to next Sunday’s agenda” so this Sunday they do the last reading. .

MZ: “Parliamentary Finance: Customs and Taxes can take a toll on building the budget” They are looking at streamlining their customs and tarrifs they are already charging so that the tax burden is not so bad for their people. This is a lot like Nesara/Gesara.

Member: Kind of looks like everything is waiting on the completion of the Inauguration including the RV

Member: IMO Iraq's not getting anything done. They're not doing anything because they already finished everything. What they're doing is, Iraq has a scheduled rate change

Member: Newshound Guru Jeff : The government and parliament finished everything they needed to towards revaluing the currency bank as of September 28th. That was their last productive real session of parliament

Member: Saw where XRP honored at Bank of America now?

Member: Boy oh boy what a day! Weren't ISO 20022 Coins supposed to start the whole daisy chain of events that is about to unfold? GO XRP, XLM, XDC!!

Member: Another guru said dinar is showing at $4.19 on forex…Is this true?

MZ: For moments it popped to that and boy did I have a lot of excited folks. It wasn’t there this morning so I believe they are testing. There are many who think that may be the international or “Street Rate”

Member: Supposedly the bank screens are set. Just waiting for it to show up- official.

Member: They are playing with the rates just to keep us in anticipation!! LOL

Member: Maybe they are playing with the rates just to see who was watching them in the middle of the night?

Member: I believe the PTB don’t want the current admin to take credit for the RV

Member: I think it's more about protecting the RV rather than .taking credit for it.

Member: IMO-Mr. C has always said the RV and Nesara would go at the same time therefore until Trump releases the goldback dollar ...we wait

Member: I heard that they had to wait due to errors trying to run Swift with QFS. Both running at once were not working together. Idk

Member: Heard a rumor that we need a trust to get the contract rate?

Member: Sure are a lot of crazy rumors right now.

MZ: Every single one of my banking contacts say that is BS. They believe you may need one for your humanitarian projects….when it gets full funding….but I am not a financial advisor. I assume the people selling those rumors are also selling trusts.

Member: any bond news?

MZ: No new historic bond updates…Most are waiting for the 16th through the 22nd as of yesterday. Most are looking at the 21st and 22nd now.

Member: my friend works @ fidelity she believes the market is going to crash but she's told to tell her clients to not pull out. evil.

MZ: In Iraq: “In numbers- quantities of oil expected from the region despite the suspension of exports . no one knows where the revenues go” They are talking about the oil that disappears from the Erbil region daily. About 300,000 barrels goes missing to the black market and is lining somebodies pockets. This is big money…theft of millions a dollars every day.

MZ: “Iraqi delegation signs memorandum of understanding in London” this again makes Iraq going “International”

Member: Have they done a third reading of the budget law in Iraq yet?

MZ: I have not found that in the news. My sources expect it on Wed or Thurs….Today is Wed.

MZ: It really is a prime time to do it with the extended weekend. There will be several days of inauguration festivities, MLK Day and right after will be the National day of Prayer. Prime time to do it.

Member: Mark, it feels like everything's coming to head...

Member: Will the RV can be kicked into February?

MZ:I don’t think so at this point. I am not hearing anything pointing to that.

Member: How much time will we have to exchange?

MZ: I was told at least 30 days.

MZ: On the bond side there is still a lot of hope for between the 16th and the 22nd. Groups have been quiet as have Indian Nations since last Friday or Saturday. .

Member: Maybe they are waiting for the “shotgun” to happen on the 3 day weekend and everyone go at the same time???

Member: Sudani met with the king of England who pledge $12B trade w/ Iraq this morning

Member: Article: Al-Mashhadani: Iraq enjoys stability and is about to economic prosperity and returned to its influential role in the region

MZ: I love that one…..yes they are about prosper economically

MZ: “Coordination Framework: Soon we will vote on amending the budget law” We already had the first 2 readings.” This will solve the oil dispute between Baghdad and Erbil. We have seen major progress in the last couple of days ….With the budget is a rate potential.

MZ: “Iraq to create a new State Owned Bank” it’s a new innovative financial institution named Rafadain First Bank…The government will be a 24% stake holder. They will modernize with their current structure and focus on exchange. They are doing everything they need to do to raise the purchasing power for all Iraqis.

MZ: “Anouz: The region’s commitment to deliver oil revenues is a prerequisite for guaranteeing the salaries of its employees” they are dedicated to fix this issue.

Member: What was the date of Kuwait RV? Just in case this is a mirror. Was thinking January 29th?

Member: I beleive it was March 24, 1991?

Member: I wish they would stop yakking about it and flip the damn switch already!

Member: What if this isn’t a movie? What if only Iraq RV’s (I’m convinced it will) and no other currencies do? No NESARA? But gas /food prices go down. Are you prepared for no NESARA but economy gets better?

Member: Best to be prepared for all possibilities. Hope for the best and prepare for the worst. We have all been waiting so long…..I wager most have several different exchange plans. No matter how it rolls out.

Member: Mike Bara called it for Tuesday / Wednesday on his show this morning

MZ: I hope they are right. There is a lot of chatter expecting it this week.

MZ: “The house of Representatives votes to amend the passport law and extend the work of the election commission” If you read deeper in the article is states the second reading of the budget law was successful!!

MZ: We did indeed have the second reading today.

Member: Mark, After the 2nd reading doesn't it automatically go to final(3rd)

Member: According to Frank they are on the third reading now

Member: Second reading successful big checkoff on the list!

Member; I read They don’t need a 3rd reading because it was already in the budget and they just made a change, so they only need 2 reading to pass it.

Member: MM just put out a notification that his video tonight should be taken very seriously

Member: I heard Pocket Options is showing the VND and Indonesian Rupiah. (Saw a screenshot.)

MZ: We are seeing the popping up on different aps….IQD and IQD pairings with different crypto pairings….this is big.

Member: I wonder…is it possible for Iraq to rv with Sudani out of the country right now? He is on a state visit to the UK

MZ: Yes Sudani is heading to England today for some dialog. They are discussing going International.

MZ: “Building a bridge of comprehensive dialog: Revealing the details of the Presidents meeting with leaders of Baghdad” there were meetings with Barzani today along with the Kurdish President.

MZ: “Parliamentary Finance: Banking reforms enhances Iraq’s financial position globally” pay attention to the word “globally” AKA “International”

MZ: Still hearing a lot of hope from the bond side who expect things to move between now and the next 8-10-days.

Member: Here we go….. I went to my bank today. I asked if they exchange currency. They replied yes. I asked if they exchange Iraqi Dinar they said yes we do.

Member: Maybe our last week with empty pockets?? We're been waiting soooo long!

Member: if the RV doesn't happen in January, back to the shoebox goes my currency

Member: Jan 15th there will be 7 planets in alignment this only happens every 396 billion years

MZ: That’s a great question. I know a number of bond contacts are suddenly convinced that this is our week. They had been afraid it would be after the inauguration….but are now hearing they could get their 1% before…..then 9% a week or two after. Then they set up traunches (payments) for the balance.

Member: I wonder if when bonds get their 1% if we get our notifications?

Member: Will we have full access to all our funds when we exchange Mark?

MZ: Yes…I am told we will have full access on currency exchanges

MZ: Groups are pretty quiet so far today. I do know that a couple bankers have meetings this afternoon. These are members of “Wealth Management”

Member: MM is pretty excited

MZ: There has been fantastic news. Now we just need that to translate into dollars for us all.

Member: Rumors out there: HCL got approved in the parliament with the Green light to start And tonight they are updating the payment system in Iraq from 12:00 - 2:00 am

Member: I would be willing to bet that the HCL is done, we are just waiting for an event. Will be so glad when this is all over.

Member: Disappointed about the lack of quorum.

MZ: Yes we were told the Iraqi parliament did not get a quorum to do the second reading of HCL. Yet. But they do expect it tomorrow. It could be misinformation…..but that is not what I hear from the Iraqi Press right now.

Member: "Breaking the quorum" .. A demand to publish the names of those absent from the Iraqi parliament session”

Member: MarkZ, I find it curious that Tonight, Iraq is shutting down for 2 hrs, their electronic payment system!

Member: Zoom News announced that tonight at Midnight Iraq time, the payment system will shut down for updates.

MZ: They are updating their electronic systems specifically for borders and customs …this is a scheduled update. They are using the AYUSCUDA system for all their borders.

Member: "2025 budget is on the verge of legislation, and delaying the schedules will not stop the decision" - Jamal Kojer

Member: Zoom news Baghdad: The Iraqi Parliament has completed the second reading of the Federal Budget Law amendment which seeks to break the oil export deadlock with the Kurdistan Region halted since March of 2023

MZ: they are posting opposite/opposing articles…they do it on purpose to cloud the timing…...so thanks for that one. .

Member: Iraq loves smoke and mirrors.

Member: where there is smoke there has to be fire?

MZ: “Will Trump strengthen the US presence in Iraq instead of withdrawing?” The US needs to project strength in the region. Their best bet is to work closely with Iraq , who is becoming a leader in the region. I believe he will be working with the Iraqi government- not against them.

Member: Informed political source revealed, on Saturday evening, an upcoming visit by the envoy of the US President-elect, Donald Trump, to Iraq, carrying message to Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani.

Member: Trump said Iraq talks differently privately then they do publically.

MZ: Absolutely. It is a mind set difference all throughout the Arab world.

Member: My Wells Fargo finally confirmed the RV.

MZ: They all know its coming…..They know we are having a complete change in the system and we are going asset backed…They know gold is an important piece. Im not sure if they will use the same terminology you and I use or will they call it something different?

Member: They may not call it a QFS…..but we know what the new system does….safer and faster and much better.

Member: What is your gut feeling Mark?

MZ: My gut is screaming sometime between now and Jan 22. Just a guess……

Member: If the RV doesn't happen before February this year I will be really surprised!

Member: Why does the finish line keep moving further away every week?

Member: Maybe the finish line isn’t moving…..maybe we are waiting for the starting line to begin next Monday on Jan 20th?

Member: I have my currencies & receipts in a fireproof bag, ready to go, LOL

MZ: ” Parliamentary Finance: Political Blocs do not agree to amend article 12 on the region’s oil” HCL gets its second reading on Monday …it appears there will be serious progress on the HCL. This is a case where the title of the article does not reflect the content.

Member: Thought HCL was Approved already a few weeks ago? They really do like to kick the can

Member: Second Reading on Monday ONLY if not postponed AGAIN

Member: Goldilocks said HCL was done and they were only waiting for 2 laws to be signed in quickly and we are good to go. I believe they were signed in already.

MZ: I am being told if the second reading goes well….they will immediately do the third reading …then Boom we will finally have the HCL.

Member: This is mental gymnastics because it was said that HCL had been already done. They had a second reading before last year. It seems like they are trying to throw off timing on this.

MZ: No updates on CMKX, Mr. C or the bond side yet today

Member: I heard a rumor that Sudani said the IQD would be worth $54 cents in the next 72 hours.

Member: At this point, I don't care what the rate is. Just get it done. I will make it work

MZ: I had not heard that tumor yet…but who would jump on it? I would sure think about exchanging and holding it in a multi currency account

Member: so you hold it in an account like that to just wait for an increase in it's value? Sounds good

MZ: In today’s banking world where we do not have parity (same rate values) currencies fluctuate against each other. If you hold currency in a multi currency account –held in the bank account as Iraqi dinars…..not US dollars. Then if the currency rate goes up…..my bank account goes up as well.

Member: If I could bring in 25,000 IQD and hold the rest for later I would jump!

Member: Still hearing no RV until after the inauguration.

MZ: It’s possible. Mr. C is of that belief. But my banking sources still believe there is a good possibility we will have a rate change this evening……..late this evening

MZ: if the news is so good after this evening…..I will be here tomorrow to let you all know.

MZ: It always was stated that the best time to do this was between 11PM est and 2AM est on a Saturday night into a Sunday Morning …so maybe?

MZ: But a number of bond contacts told me very clearly it will happen after the 21st or 22nd.

Member: Will we still get a contract rate on the IQD?

Member: would you explain contract rate vs exchange rate in simple terms.

Member: the exchange rate is for general public. Contract rate is part of an oil contract in Iraq that will pay a higher rate than public rate. We'll get the contract rate on exchange.

MZ: “Zimbabwe’s currency crisis worsens as illegal traders flourish” This is showing us clearly why they need to move forward. Zimbabwe needs the reset- for all of us to go for them to have the liquidity they need.

MZ: Yes- we spoke yesterday ….He is excited and I am also very excited…there is a lot of good news coming out of Iraq this weekend.

Member: Inauguration day is Jan 20th, Jan 20th is also Martin Luther King Day = markets closed, banks closed, govt offices closed etc. coincidence?? NOPE

MZ: “Using their heavy machinery –Basra Contractors Union threatens government with angry demonstrations and road blockages” And they are threatening to bring their heavy equipment to Baghdad in a week or two and block the streets. And who is helping them organize these things? Maliki.

Member: Why isnt Maliki in prison? I thought they were cleaning up corruption??

Member: Maliki's name says it all: MAL means BAD.

Member: Seems to me the Iraqi people would benefit most from an RV, what is the hold up!!!!

MZ: I believe the RV is “event driven. And they have to have enough events done before they pull the switch.

MZ: HCL is supposed to again be discussed Sunday in Parliament

Member: MARK Z. why is the HCL so important? Could there be a rate in it.??

Member: I believe The HCL Hydrocarbon Law and Article 140 is profit sharing for all Iraqi citizens to get a part of the oil proceeds. That’s one reason they needed the census a few months ago.

Member: I think the battle over HCL is misdirection

MZ: I agree…it absolutely feels like misdirection…..It feels like theatre.

Member: Maybe they are stalling until after the inauguration on the 20th?

MZ: I have talked to a couple Iraqi sources and they still believe this is it. They have contractors that they are in contact with that are suddenly being called in. I have one who will not tell me what the re-negotiated rate is on their contracts. One of them mentioned $3.91 but I do not know for certain if that is really it. Its from a contact I don’t know really well.

Member: $3.91 would be amazing…..fingers crossed.

Member: If we're going to gold based currency-I wonder how long does that take to switch over?

Member: Bruce last night stated phone numbers are coming out today. He said he is absolutely calling it and that's was it. He also stated there was a big 2 hour meeting on Wednesday with all Bank and Redemption centers

Member: Pompey Peter said the RV date has been set and things seem to be slowing down after speeding up for a while because they're aiming events at the set date.

Member: Buddy Carter just introduced the Fair Tax act which abolishes the IRS and federal income tax and introduces a consumption tax!! Nesara!!

Member: Rumor is Iraq has to have an international rate by Friday in compliance with WTO

MZ: “Foreign remittances constitute about 94% of Iraq sales” They are showing us in articles how they are handling things internationally. Links or posted in my daily links .

Member: What about HCL and sanctions?

MZ: Rumor is HCL hits the floor of parliament this morning as they go back to work on it in the coming days.

Member: why don't they just RV instead of all these extra steps jumping through different processes to get by until they RV. Just RV

Member: Tonight would be great. The stock market is shut down tomorrow so there wouldn't be any impact to that if they go live tonight imo

Member: A friend says it could go on the 20th – and it would be a 3 day weekend.

MZ: I was told a 3 day weekend is the easiest…I do have some bond contacts now saying their funds won’t release until the 21st…after the inauguration. We will see

Member: Just thinking out loud here, is it possible to get the REER, on Sat and get paid on the 21st?

MZ: It is absolutely possible. Similar to how Kuwait did theirs….In a nutshell….Kuwait got a REER (Real Effective Exchange rate) and within 10 days we started exchanging.

MZ: I am getting some very yo-yoish news. There are still a number of banks expecting and being prepped for a rate between now and Saturday. I hope that happens.

MZ: It is confusing though because I have a couple of bond contacts who were informed by their paymasters that they would not distribute funds until after the 21st because they do not want the credit to go to the currency administration. That is what they are hearing.

Member: That makes sense to me…..less than 2 weeks away now.

MZ: But the banking side still believes its earlier….Groups have been silent for the last day or so. I believe its very close and the yo yo news means they are still doing their best to cloud the timing

MZ: What we do know is they are doing the preparations right now to make this happen.

Member: Hey Mark, please explain what Mr. C has to do with the Denar revaluation?

MZ: Mr. C has nothing to do with the dinar revaluation. His role is in the re-funding of the US dollar from fiat to asset backed . Those events appear to be tied together and should happen about the same time. He will be here tomorrow if you want to quiz him on that .

Member: Wife and I went to Chase discussed currency they accept and 2 weeks later getting emailed by their private banker to meet with him.

Member: I talked to my friend who works at fidelity. she said she think the market is going to crash but she's been instructed to tell ppl not to pull out.

Member: we're so ready for this movie to be over it's longest movie I've ever watched

MZ: Things are looking good and there has been a lot of activity today.

MZ: Suddenly a lot of banking contacts have been checking in. Which is exciting. I have had 4 confirmations today from banking contacts that I have known for years….they are telling me now to prepare for new rates.

MZ: One of them said “It looks like that thing you are expecting is happening by Saturday….New rates by or on Saturday” Stay calm though.

Member: Mike Bara just posted....before the 10th

Member: Just saw the Dinar on Forex Mark... It's there and my Banker from Chase called me and let me know to be prepared.

Member: Anything new on the Zim?

MZ: Rates are still expected to be between $33 million to $50 million per 100T note. Still hearing $330K per $1 billion on Agros…..I hope Its correct.

MZ: “Sudanese directs to finance the Kurdistan region with more than 176 Billion Dinars” Sudani keeps sending it but rumor is the Maliki crew is causing problems . But it will not cause any delays for us I was told. Expect a lot of craziness on the boards in the coming hours that its Sudanis fault. But I was told quite clearly by contacts I trust that Sudani is not the issue.

Member: so will Maliki be the excuse when we are entering February...he has been for numerous years…

MZ: “There is no fear for the regime in Iraq as long as America and the Marjuryas are satisfied. Government towards independence” They are telling you things are great as long as Sudani and Trump stay on the same page

MZ: This morning I just didn’t want to do anything…..no podcast. I just feel so bad for him and his family and friends. He always tried to do his level best to help people get through this. It is very sad to lose another one before the finish line. With great sorry we remember another one that has gone before us. RIP Ed. We will end this morning in prayer for Ed and his family and those who are still fighting to see the finish line.

MZ: This was a big kick in the teeth today.

Member: So sorry for your loss. Do you think the RV will happen before the 10th? Others say it will?

MZ: We hope it will happen before the 10th. There is a lot of stuff pointing to it possibly happening before the 10th. But there are a growing amount looking now for it to happen after the inauguration. Then it will let rip.

MZ: I am very surprised at the number of folks in Iraq who now believe that they will position things in Iraq now that Trump has been confirmed….and then release the RV after the inauguration. But, my best sources still believe it will be before then.

Member: I always thought the private groups ect could go before….but the general public not until after the new administration takes charge.

Member: Mark if they did it the 10th that would give them the 10 days of darkness and give us 10 days for us to get in and out ?

Member: It at least seems like things are speeding up in January... but still wondering how much has to happen before "FULL DISCLOSURE" - wonder if the folks with the triggers are too afraid to go before.

Member: any news on bond holders?

MZ: Most are expecting it anytime between now and the 10th…A couple are not expecting anything until the 11th or 2th.

MZ: Some group leaders do not believe they will be able to distribute funds until after the inauguration on the 20th.

Member: That makes sense to me. Why would the Trump administration want the biden admin to get any credit for resetting the world finances and the new QFS system…..they would not …imo …I do not expect anything until the new administration takes over.

Member: Wolverine posted a short video of Charlie Ward and his family flying to Doha, Qatar with the song “ It’s the most wonderful time of the year” . Does it have any significance?

Member: Have you confirmed lower denoms have been released in Iraq?

MZ: No confirmations. There are some in Iraq telling us they are out- but no confirmations. I have seen pictures but do not know if they are old lower denoms or new ones.

Member: Jennifer and Mike both said we should start soon

Member: Charlie Ward said it will not happen until a new administration is in place. He may be right.

Member: Indonisia just joined BRICS…FYI

MZ: In Iraq: “Former MP(Member of Parliament) : Amending article 12 paves the way for enforcing the oil and gas law”

MZ: “ Iraq Central Bank auction sells 100% foreign remittance of dollars” We are getting an idea how the new system works. 95% of what they are selling is going abroad for goods and services….they are tracking it through their new system. It’s kind of a hybrid system…It’s interesting.

MZ: “Former director of the Central bank of Iraq clarifies about the current decline of the dollar” He says its not a decline…just coming into equality and the spread in the parallel market is shrinking and not growing …and Iraq going international is doing what it is supposed to do. People are starting to trust the system.

MZ: “Top 10 Arab countries with foreign exchange reserves for 2024: This is the rank for Iraq” Number 1 is Saudi Arabia ….#2 is the United Arab Emerites…..#3 is Iraq. Iraq has enough assets to pay for every single dinar in circulation…with money left over. This is enormous.

Member: Guys we are right at the door of this thing Revaluing. My guess is it happens sometime this month.

MZ: I agree.

Member: I think there is enough chaos going on right now to hide the RV for the public.

MZ:I agree….glad you and I are paying attention.

MZ: I just want to warn you all of scammers out there. I have a great contact at Interpol that we send information to about people offering QFS accounts right now. That is a scam. One used my email address which is similar to my real address with an addition I in it…2 I’s in original…....its not spelled right. People are trying to get you to send a couple hundred bucks to get a QFS account.

MZ: You CANNOT get a QFS account yet. The new system has not started. Anyone saying differently is a scam. Fortunately Interpol is starting to go after these companies WORLDWIDE. For the love of God people. Do not fall for this. Desperate people are being preyed on left and right.

MZ: When the new system is ready you will not have to pay for an account. All of our accounts will be on it.

Member: Stay safe everyone…especially those in California in the path of wildfires.
