The Agreement will enter into force for Iraq on 1st December 2021.

Shafaq News Agency correspondent said that the demonstrators are flooding toward the Green Zone gate through the roads of al-Khallani square, al-Sanak, al-Jumhoriyah.
"No bridges or roads were blocked near the Green Zone. The security forces only shifted the course of traffic," a security source said.
At least a person perished, and 346 were injured in clashes between the demonstrators and the security forces near the entrances of the heavily fortified Green Zone in Baghdad.
Protests against the results of Iraq's recent parliamentary election turned violent on Friday, with hundreds of supporters of pro-Iran political groups clashing with security forces in the capital Baghdad near the heavily fortified Green Zone.

The results of the early parliamentary election held on October 10 showed the Sadrist movement maintaining the most seats in parliament, leading in several of Iraq's 18 provinces, including the capital Baghdad.
Al-Sadr, a controversial leader remembered for leading an insurgency against U.S. forces after the 2003 invasion, appeared to have increased his movement's seats in the 329-member parliament from 54 in 2018 to 73.
None of the competing political blocs appeared on track to win a majority in parliament and consequently name a prime minister. But as the results stand, al-Sadr's bloc will be able to take a leading role in the political horse-trading to find a compromise candidate and set the political agenda for the next four years.
The State of Low Coalition, led by the former Prime Minister of Iraq Nouri al-Maliki, secured 37 seats, fours seat hind al-Taqaddom (Progress) bloc led by the Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halboosi.

Shafaq News / Oil prices rose more than $2 on Thursday, lifted by expectations that OPEC and its allies will stick to slow output increases despite calls from the United States and large importers for additional supply to cool the market.
Brent crude was up $2.15, or 2.6%, at $84.14 a barrel by 1338 GMT and U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude rose $2.07, or 2.6%, to $82.93.
The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and allies including Russia, a group known as OPEC+, meets later on Thursday and is expected to reconfirm plans to keep monthly supply increases at 400,000 barrels per day (bpd).
"Oil prices have traded in a narrow range thus far this week, with investors assessing the likelihood of OPEC+ succumbing to pressure to add more crude to global oil markets as well as deliberations from the Federal Reserve policy meeting," said Ehsan Khoman, head of emerging markets research at MUFG.
Citi analysts said that OPEC+ is likely to stick to current policy despite pressure from oil importers.
"The majority of OPEC+ members cannot raise production from current levels," the bank said in a note, adding that even Saudi Arabia has emphasised the need to exercise caution given continuing uncertainty over the COVID-19 pandemic.
Top producers Saudi Arabia and Russia are also more confident that higher oil prices will not elicit a fast response from the U.S. shale industry, OPEC+ sources said, reflecting a desire to rebuild revenue and supporting the case against raising OPEC+ output more quickly.
However, several large oil companies plan to increase output or shale spending next year, which could undercut OPEC+ efforts to control supply and support prices.
Oil prices had earlier been in negative territory after Iran and six global powers agreed to resume talks on Nov. 29 to revive the 2015 deal on Iran's nuclear programme. Iran has demanded that the United States drops sanctions that have limited its oil exports.

In this context, the Committee of Financial Experts revealed that the Kurdistan region must pay $297 million in compensation as decided by the United Nations Committee for Kuwait.
The committee’s letter addressed to the Prime Minister’s Office in the Kurdistan Regional Council of Ministers last August, of which “Al-Sabah” obtained a copy, stated that since 2011 it has replaced the International Advisory and Monitoring Board (IAMB) under UN Security Council resolutions to oversee oil and gas exports. Natural and oil derivatives from Iraq, monitoring them and ensuring payment of the deduction percentage mentioned in the Council’s resolutions related to Kuwait’s war compensation.
She added that the committee's board of directors issued its resolution No. 276 of 2017, which includes amending the deduction rate from 5% to 0.5% in 2018 and 1.5% in 2019 and 3% for 2020.
And she added that the reports of the international auditing company Deloitte approved by the Kurdistan region indicated that in 2018 it exported 121 million and 729 thousand and 397 barrels at a price of 57,607 dollars, and 158 million and 512 thousand and 960 barrels at a rate of 52,676 dollars in 2019, and 158 million and 145 thousand and 412 barrels in 2020 at a rate of 28,100 dollar. Brent, the international benchmark under which two thirds of the world's oil is traded, has rallied more than 60 per cent this year and was trading at $85.04 a barrel at 10.20am UAE time on Tuesday.
West Texas Intermediate, the gauge that tracks US crude, has increased more than 70 per cent and was trading at $84.24.
The levels of collections in both Kurdistan and Egypt have been “exceptional over the first ten months of the year due to the rise in oil prices”, said Dana Gas chief executive Patrick Allman-Ward.
“Continuing timely payment of invoices and the settlement of outstanding receivables is so important to providing us with the confidence to carry on with our expansion plans in the Kurdistan Region and Egypt.”
Oil prices have rebounded as demand for crude surges on the back of a strong recovery by the global economy, which slumped into its deepest recession since the 1930s amid the pandemic.
