Member: Thank God its Friday!! Always love Fridays as it means the weekend is very close, just like all the changes in this world!

Member: I have a feeling today is going to be a very big day.

Member: Today is the anniversary of JFK’s death. Nov 22, 1963, in Dealy Plaza, Dallas Texas, President John F. Kennedy was shot and killed on National TV.

MZ: Bond news is all over the place and we are trying to figure out what is real and what is not. They thought they were supposed to be paid last night….now its before the weekend or over the weekend…we are getting a lot of different stories from different people.

MZ: One group leader did say they may actually get paid Sunday night to Monday morning. So there is a little chatter on that front.

Member: Poor bond holders. What a roller coaster ride for them

Member: I hope the rails of the roller coaster stay grounded now……, they have been used a lot through the years!! LOL

Member: no need for the ups and downs. when it happens then we all will know.

MZ: “Parliament will resume the session next week and clarify the mechanisms for extending its legislative term.” They are committed to finishing some key things before they call it a holiday. The session is still expected to end just before Dec 10th which is “Victory Day” I am still hearing HCL is in there as well. And hopefully a rate change.

MZ: “Economist: The total cost of the general population census amounted to $951 billion dinars”  This is about  $80 million dollars.  Cudos to the Iraqi government and their accurate census. I am told they should have the numbers by Sunday.

MZ: People I know in Iraq have been saying the HCL is waiting for those census numbers. And should be approved quickly after the census totals are released.

Member: And the HCL needs a new rate.

MZ: “The Iraqi government : We must adapt to the new political situation in the US”  Sudani has had a great conversation with trump. The world changes and they need to adjust to it.

Member: When currencies reset and go 1 to 1 would we have already exchanged for a better rate?

MZ: Yes. We will have already exchanged before parity happens.

Member: First adjust the rate to reflect value then go to parity, 1-1

Member: Parity will create a level playing (trading) field for all countries. Based on each countrys assets

Member: Its been said often that ZIM bonds independent of the Dinar/Dong etc. What are they waiting for on the bonds?

MZ: Good questions. They have everyone in position and we hear lots of rumor- but nothing credible as to what they are waiting for.

Member: Mark I know you don't follow other info, but most talking about a "GO" for this coming Monday?

MZ: That would be exciting but have not had that day specifically named by my sources.

Member: What other currencies are the buzz? Iran , Indonesia

MZ: The Iranian rial may or may not be in the first basket….then there is the dong

Member: AT the RV roll out, WHAT is the current procedure for us to comply to?

Member: Get the notifications, call the number, set an appointment and follow instructions….imo

MZ: Yes, call, make an appointment and go exchange

Member: I believe that we're not exchanging until we quit using fiat dollars.

Member: I wonder- Do the banks have the new currency now and are sitting on it ?

Member: Jeff Ralm say 80% tax on all currencies?? What say you ??

MZ: I believe Jeff is wrong on this one. I am simply not hearing that from anybody.

Member: I believe we’re waiting until Jan 20 for the RV…Hope I am wrong and its sooner.

Member: Hard not to get discouraged when every month, week, and even day passes with no RV. We can’t do this forever.

MZ: “ US Business delegation visits the Kurdistan region.”  A whole crew from the US to invest in Kurdistan”. Along with the HCL and the census- I hope you all are paying attention.

MZ: “Basra Refinery upgrade project” Japan signs a $388 million dollar loan . This will greatly increase revenue for the Iraqi government. This helps them justify and support a higher value to their currency.

MZ: “Planning the announcement of the preliminary results of the general census of Iraq next week” Early next week is in about 4 days. I have a feeling this may be what we are waiting for. Many in Iraq say they are waiting on this for distribution of funds and to change the value. I hope so.

MZ: “Global Economic risks spark calls to tie US dollar to gold again” Some economists advocate a return to the gold standard. The fiat system is the root cause of government over spending and inflation.It’s nice to see people waking up to what we have been telling them for some time now. This plan has been worked on for decades  and now it’s coming to fruition.  

MZ: Unfortunately the bond and bank side is still quiet. The group and Indian nation side is still quiet. CMKX and Prosperity package side is still quiet. I wish I had more for you.

Member: We are glad you don’t make stuff up Mark to ramp us up…….thank you.

Member: months ago there was reports of nda's with people til Thanksgiving.....well we are almost there

The Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, Mahmoud Al-Mashhadani, headed to Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region, today, Thursday.

The media office of the Council President stated in a statement that this visit comes to attend the activities of the "Middle East Peace and Security Forum", which is one of the forums that address enhancing dialogues and discussions on challenges in the Middle East.

This is Al-Mashhadani's first visit to the region since assuming his new position as Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament at the end of last October, succeeding Mohammed Al-Halbousi, who was dismissed by the judiciary, and after this position remained vacant for several months.  LINK

Clare:  Planning: Announcement of preliminary results of the general census in Iraq will be next week

The spokesman for the Ministry of Planning, Abdul Zahra Al-Hindawi, said on Thursday that the ministry will announce the preliminary results of the general population census next week.

Al-Hindawi added in a special statement to Shafaq News Agency that the population census includes three stages, the first of which is the numbering and enumeration stage, which began on the first of September and ended on the 30th of October.

He added that the second stage is counting the population and recording their basic data, which takes place during the curfew on Wednesday and Thursday.

Al-Hindawi also pointed out that the third phase, which is the last, begins after the end of the second phase and continues until December 10, explaining that the third phase includes detailed data on the population, which are the social and economic characteristics of the population.

The spokesman continued by saying: The initial results will be announced after collecting and verifying the data, and this will be next week, either on Sunday or Monday, stressing that the announcement will be at an official press conference, and will include the results of the population of Iraq, the population of each governorate, the number of males and females, and age groups.  LINK

Al-Najjar: The Development Fund Aims To Mobilize Iraqis’ Savings Estimated At $70 Billion
 
Money and Business  Economy News – London   The Executive Director of the Iraqi Development Fund, Muhammad al-Najjar, said on Wednesday that the Fund has six goals, one of which is mobilizing the savings of the Iraqi people.
 
Al-Najjar said during a symposium organized by the Chatham House research center in Britain and attended by the “Al-Iqtisad News” correspondent, that “the Iraqi government has begun to reform many economic laws that will regulate the lives of citizens and preserve their rights.”

He added,  "The Iraqi Development Fund has 6 goals, including mobilizing the private savings of the Iraqi people, estimated at 60-70 billion dollars."

He stated that   "the development road is considered one of the most important strategic projects for Iraq, and several countries will participate in it.
 
It will also shorten the time for transporting goods by 15 days." Al-Najjar continued,
 
"Women in Iraq wear gold worth 18 billion dollars," pointing out that
 
"Iraq needs 8,000 schools, so the Iraqi Development Fund granted land to build schools."

What Is The Relationship Between The Population Census And The National Development Plan? Al-Sudani’s Advisor Explains

Money and Business   Economy News – Baghdad  Advisor to the Prime Minister for Financial Affairs, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, confirmed today, Thursday, that the National Development Plan 2024-2028 is in dire need of the results produced by the 2024 General Population and Housing Census.

Saleh said: “The population census is the cornerstone of achieving a fair distribution of resources among different populations. It gives decision-makers a comprehensive view of population needs and helps them reduce disparities between different groups and regions. By using its results correctly, and through it, census data, balanced development and greater social justice can be achieved.”

He added that "the population census enables the government and its planning apparatus to build economic policies that take into account the geographical and population distribution, which enhances the fair use of national resources such as energy, water, and others."

Saleh added that “the census helps to reveal deprived areas or areas that suffer from a lack of government investment, which supports directing policies towards reducing the development gap between urban and rural areas. Thanks to the information derived from the census, targeted social support programs can be designed precisely, such as distributing subsidies, providing social care services, or building housing projects for low-income groups, etc.”

He stated that "the census results highlight the population groups that suffer from poverty and unemployment, or lack of basic services such as health, education and necessary infrastructure, which allows the government to direct support and resources to these groups directly,"

Iraq's Fuel Oil Exports Set To Hit Record Annual High

Buratha News Agency552024-11-20  Iraq's fuel oil exports are set to hit an all-time annual high this year after the country boosted shipments in October amid falling domestic demand even as production increased, sources and shipping data said, Reuters reported.

The increase in fuel oil exports will support the oil revenues of OPEC's second-largest producer despite stagnant crude shipments this year due to production curbs put in place by the OPEC+ alliance, which includes OPEC and other allies.

Increased Iraqi exports are also expected to contribute to increased global supply and reduce rising prices in Asia while reducing raw material costs in refineries.

Iraq's fuel oil exports are expected to exceed 18 million metric tons (380,000 barrels per day) in 2024, a record annual volume, surpassing last year's record of more than 14 million tons, according to calculations based on data from Kepler and the London Stock Exchange Group.

Prime Minister's Advisor: National Development Plans Depend On Census Results

Money and Business  Economy News – Baghdad  The Prime Minister's Financial Advisor, Mazhar Mohammed Saleh, confirmed today, Wednesday, that the population census data will direct government investments to improve infrastructure and services, while indicating that national development plans will depend on the census results.

The Prime Minister's Advisor, Mazhar Mohammed Salih, said in an interview with the Iraqi News Agency, which was followed by "Al-Eqtisad News", that "the population census represents a basic strategic tool for achieving sustainable economic growth in Iraq."

He stressed that "the data resulting from this census will contribute to improving government administration, enhancing governance levels, as well as supporting investment and increasing the efficiency of resource use to achieve comprehensive economic development."

Saleh pointed out that “the comprehensive population census provides many essential axes that contribute to achieving these goals, the most prominent of which are:

1. The census helps identify areas that suffer from a lack of services and infrastructure, which directs government investments to improve these sectors, as these investments include water services, roads, electricity, schools, hospitals, and banks.

2. The census provides a detailed database for drawing up effective housing policies.

3. Through detailed data on the workforce, the government can develop policies to support employment, train workers, and stimulate productive sectors to serve the national economy.

4. Al-Sudani Directs To Equip Border Forces With Modern Weapons And Secure All Their Technical And Security Requirements /Expanded

A statement from his office stated that al-Sudani, today, Thursday, visited the headquarters of the Border Forces Command in Baghdad, during which he laid a wreath of flowers on the Martyrs' Mural, and recited Surat Al-Fatihah in memory of the souls of the heroic martyrs of the Border Forces.

Al-Sudani listened to a briefing on the overall activities, tasks and duties of the Border Guard Forces, and the development of the work it witnessed during the past two years, in addition to a detailed explanation of the security situation and the progress of implementing the plans prepared to combat the remnants of the terrorist ISIS, combat organized crime and drug gangs, and confront security challenges.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces stressed that the technical and administrative work of the Border Forces, the occupancy of police stations, and the installation of towers, cameras and barriers have reached their best levels compared to previous years, and is considered a distinction in the face of security challenges of all kinds.

Al-Sudani explained that the Council of Ministers, through its various decisions, provided all the requirements for maintaining and securing the borders, especially in light of the complex regional security conditions, the repercussions of the continued Zionist aggression on Gaza, Lebanon and Syria, and its efforts to expand the aggression in the region, which represents the most important sources of danger threatening Iraq's security and stability.

Al-Sudani directed the officers and commanders to take care of the affairs of the recruits and follow up on their requirements, establish justice in the distribution of duties, and the importance of adopting the continuous rotation process in the forces and units, to maintain the implementation of tasks in the best possible way.

Gold Extends Gains For Fourth Straight Session

Thursday 21 November 2024 | Economic Number of readings: 273  Baghdad / NINA / Gold prices rose today, Thursday, for the fourth consecutive session, supported by increased demand for safe havens amid the escalation of the Russian-Ukrainian war, at a time when investors are awaiting indicators of interest rates in the United States.

Spot gold contracts rose 0.3 percent, recording $ 2657.41 per ounce, and US gold futures also rose by the same percentage, recording $ 2660 per ounce.

As for other precious metals, silver rose in spot transactions by 0.8 percent, recording $ 31.11 per ounce, and platinum rose 0.4 percent, recording $ 965.30 per ounce.

Oil Rises Amid Supply Concerns

Thursday 21 November | Economic Number of readings: 336  Baghdad / NINA / Oil prices rose on Thursday, amid concerns about supplies, after the escalation of geopolitical tensions related to the Russian-Ukrainian war.

Brent crude futures for January delivery rose 28 cents, or 0.4 percent, to $73.09 a barrel.

US West Texas Intermediate crude futures for January delivery also rose 28 cents, or 0.4 percent, to $69.03 a barrel.

The US Energy Information Administration said yesterday that crude and gasoline inventories in the United States rose, while distillate inventories fell during the week ending November 15.

It added that crude inventories rose by 545,000 barrels to 430.3 million barrels during the week. / End2

Member: I wonder -What is it gonna take to get this RV?

Member: Maybe after the Iraq census is finished???

MZ: We do expect the census to be wrapped up this evening as far as the in-person counting…and then a day or two for them to have the very accurate census figures. Those final figures will be done very quickly.

MZ:  “Human Rights center foresees : The population census will increase the number of seats in Parliament to about 430” Their laws say they are supposed to have a representative per 100,000 people. Their population is growing and people are also returning to Iraq. Its neat seeing this process paly out. Iraq has a republic like we have in the US.

MZ:  Here is an important one…..“IMF Arab country confirms its commitment to a flexible exchange rate rate” they are talking about Egypt- not Iraq. But a flexible exchange rate that can grow or shrink based on the economy .

MZ: Why is this one important?  Iraq has said it wants to go to a free floating currency based on a basket of goods…Gold, Oil, Actual assets…and a basket of Middle Eastern currencies. One of the currencies in that basket is the Egyption Pound.

MZ: On the bond side- I have a number of contacts expecting dollars by the end of the day TODAY. I hope they are accurate. My biggest holder however is saying “Not yet but we are extremely close” that contact still believes we will have a fantastic Thanksgiving this year…and he is one of the top bond facilitators in the world.

Member: Those poor bond holders have been cried “Wolf” to more often than we currency holders.

Member: plz discuss the plus and minuses of holding currency in a bank safety deposit box

MZ: The US government in the past has shown its ability and willingness to invade your privacy and personal property rights. And take “security boxes”. It has done this a number of times. Ask yourself if you are willing to risk it or not?

Member: EBS has been going off in Michigan for 3 days now saying it is a test

Member: Here in Naples, Fl. have been getting EBS for specific counties. I had never seen that before.

Member: Yes, the EBS system went off yesterday at around 11 AM it hit all of our phones at once scared the crap out of us

Member: Who will our notifications for exchanges come from?

Member: You will be notified by Mark or Dinar Recaps. I do not expect an email.

Member: Also TNT, Frank, Bruce, and all the dinar sites will be letting us know. We will not miss it.

Member: Honestly if this doesn’t go by the end of the year- I’m going to put the currency on the shelf and step away

Member: We may be waiting for after the first of the year or the inauguration on Jan 20th. Hang in there.

Member: And Sudani is hoping to have monetary reform in Iraq finished by Dec 10th…..allegedly.  also Auctions ending in Iraq by the end of the year……they would need a new rate on the dinar if that happens.

Member: Are you expecting something big tomorrow Mark?

MZ: No- but I am expecting something big very soon. A number of sources are expecting something big tomorrow. We will see.

Welcome everybody to the big call tonight. It's Tuesday, November 19th and you're listening to the big call. I'm really excited to welcome everybody tonight, and to have you come in, no matter where you are around the globe, our satellite team is getting the call out to sometimes as many as 200 countries. And I'm excited everybody's here to listen to there should be a pretty good call tonight.   I'm excited about it, and I know you guys are too

All right, so let's talk about what I wanted to bring in my segment to you guys tonight.  And so let's talk, first of all, about what they've been doing Saturday and Sunday. This past Saturday and this past Sunday two days ago.

They took four of our currencies, Iraqi Dinar, Vietnamese Dong, Afghanistan, Afghani and the Indonesian Rupiah, those four currencies are being tested on all bank screens around the globe, and they wanted to test and make sure the rates of those were coming up the same in each country where they were showing up.

And all of the tests of play Saturday and Sunday, and they all the word was, they all went off without a hitch. So the system is ready.  They test those four currencies, and they're all ready to go

Now in the meantime, certain people, certain bankers, certain hedge fund managers but certain politicians were possibly trying to get a jump on the exchanges and get started doing these prior to the kickoff date for our exchanges to start.

And I don't know how many were involved in that? We don't have numbers like that, and we weren't told there were numbers, but they said they were picked up and arrested for that. So that system is working beautifully around the globe.

The other thing is, we did hear a few days ago - guess it was over the weekend. I heard Saturday and Sunday that it was very likely that we would get started this week, and that was really good news.

Before I give you the good news about that, I want to tell you something that we've been talking about, and that is the restitution and reclamation allowance. Is what I call it, R and R.  – and I want to talk to you about Social Security increases - 

Alright, R and R - They've made this a little simpler. They've got it divided up into three age groups.

The lowest is starting at the age of 30 to 40. Let's call it 30 to 45 then they have a group from 45 to 60, and then the third group is 60 and older, so called retirement age people, some of them want to security as early as 62 now going to work. We're going to start the group 60 and older.

This group, if you're getting Social Security at age 62 - 65 - 70 whatever, if you're getting Social Security now, your R and R will pay you a lump sum to the bank account where you are receiving Social Security, unless you are exchanging currencies and redeeming Zim, in which case it will be at your appointment in your quantum account.

And you'll find that out as you're activating quantum account, remember what that requires by fingerprint or thumbprint. Password, free account, a new user name for the account, password, a five digit PIN code, number, new email.

Those are the things that three that are required to set up your now the money's going to, let's say it's already in the account for you. Now, when you set it up, you'll see that balance, and you say, Oh, that is my R&R, so write that down as a separate number. Write it down so you'll know how much you actually received in R and R

Write it down so you'll know how much you actually received in R and R, and remember, that's going to include interest paid on loans, bank loans, mortgages, interest paid on credit cards, car loans, etc. All of that is there, plus income taxes paid forever, really, and anything else that I can think of that's all included.

The other thing is the trading of your birth certificate, which they traded on all of our certificates, as though they were bonds, a marriage license if you've been married, a divorce agreement or decree if you've been divorced, a death certificate, if you had a spouse die, all of these things are included in your R and R balance, and you'll have that in your quantum account, and you just need to move some of those monies into your into your wells, Fargo or other bank accounts.

Now that's for the retirement age group. Let's just call them 60 and older - The next let's start with the first group, which was the younger folks that are aged 30 to 45 if you're in that age group, you'll get your R and R paid out over three years, paid  to you every month.  Whatever that total would be is divided up into 36 monthly payments, and you would receive that every month for three years.

Let's go to the next group, age 45 to 60 that group receive your R and R paid out over two years period every month for 2 years or 24 payments – that’s going to come to you  since you're not eligible for Social

If they don't know what your bank account is, or you don't have a bank account, and you're in those groups, group A and group B, let's call it, then you will obviously they would have to get in touch with you, And you have to let them know your account information. They had a lot of that already on us. They already know that for the most part.

All right, here's one more thing about the two younger groups, the group that's age 30 to 45 needs to sign a document saying they're working they keep their job or.

If they don't have a job, they need to say that they will get a job – it has to be like a 30 week part time or greater part time job.

Now if you're in the second group, which is age 45 to 60, that group, you have to say that you'll sign the agreement that says that you'll work for another 10 years. Okay.

Now remember, this is just the rough idea of what the program is going to be, you'll have to see exactly how it plays out for you based on your age. You know, 58, 59 years old you might just be looking to work another two years, not 10 years. You see what I'm saying, until you hit what we would call retirement age, which, you know, 62 is awfully young to retire.

I don't think there's anything in the Bible about Bible about retiring. I'm not retired, not retired, and Bob's not retired. Sue is not retired. None of us are going to quote, unquote, retire. We might do something different, because we're going to be working our projects and creating leadership teams and all of that to take our projects and run with it, but that's what I wanted to tell you about R & R

 When will it start for us? It'll start when we go into redemption center that those of us that are exchanging currency, or those of us who are redeeming our zim, okay? So that's when ours will start. If you're not a currency holder, and you're not doing that I’ve been told it will probably start first week of December.

They want us to have … People that don't have currencies - they want them to have money. So this can be a wonderful Christmas for everybody, and it will be. And remember President Trump talked about  Christmas for Thanksgiving. Gonna have a Christmas before Thanksgiving, which is 9 days away  not far -  a week from this Thursday  today is Tuesday

So let's talk a little bit about the Social Security increase. Social Security increases are going to take place. I've been told that could take place by the end of November - I'm going to say no. I think they will all start in December, but if you get your increase, it'll be substantial, not  a cost of living allowance, not eight bucks or six bucks. These are real increases.

And I think since tomorrow is the third Wednesday of November, and I just don't know that they're going to have anything additional other than the normal amount they've been getting, I don't think there's I think they intentionally do it in November, but realistically, it should be December that we get the Social Security increase. For those of us in currencies, it's not going to make a whole heck of a lot of difference. It really won't.

Yeah, we'll see it. We'll see it on accounts, but, oh, there's the increase. Okay, so what? And then you'll be involved in other things, all right, so that takes care of R, and R Social Security increases.

 Now let's go into what it is we're all here for. And that is the start of the GCR, the RV, the valuation of these currencies. And when we get to start, when are we going to receive our notifications? Bond holders are being told they're going to receive their notifications over night tonight and tomorrow

We shall have their information about how much they have. You know they'll have. They'll have the basic information that go into their accounts and see the funds that are there, and they'll know in that email when they do have access to those funds in their account.

We are fortunately expecting our email notifications from Wells Fargo to come in tomorrow, by or before noon tomorrow. So the plan is, when we receive the 800 number, we call one of the call centers that that we get. You won't know where it is, but you'll be calling under appointment using the toll free number and the zip code for the area that you want to exchange.

So in other words, where you live, zip code, where you work, or zip code where you know you're going to be if you're not home, or not at work or on the road or whatever,

You're going to be exchanging as little as two hours to five hours after you set your appointment, you're available for your first appointments to be exchanged. So in other words, if we get the number between, say, 1030 and noon tomorrow, we should be able to exchange tomorrow, Wednesday afternoon, two o'clock, three o'clock, five o'clock, whatever, whatever it becomes. And that's the best news I have to give you.

So that's what we've been waiting for. I've been waiting 20 years, 13 years on the big call. This is the information we've been looking to receive. Very excited about it. I don't know if my voice is but I'm excited. I'm ready to go, and I'm also ready to get into the med bed as soon as I possibly can and I've been told it could be fairly soon, fairly soon. So I'm looking forward to that

Now currencies have been trading. Currencies are on the Forex. They've been traded. We've got great rates that we're expecting on Dong, even the Bolivar - Over four dollars.  And of course, the dinar is going to be great, and they should offer us the contract rate on the dinar, which is very strong, very, very strong.

So I'm super excited about that as well. Dong is has been traded up – hopefully will continue to trade up a little bit more tomorrow and the rest of the week and that’s a  good thing for us

There's nothing else I can think of that's crucial right now that you haven't heard me talk about on the big call. Many of you guys have not ever missed a call in 13 years wonderful. I want to thank everybody, though. Of course, bob and sue for having done a beautiful job as co-host on the big call.

Clare:  Al-Najjar: The Development Fund aims to mobilize Iraqi savings estimated at $70 billion

The Executive Director of the Iraqi Development Fund, Mohammed Al-Najjar, said on Wednesday that the fund has six goals, one of which is to mobilize the savings of the Iraqi people.

Al-Najjar said during a dialogue seminar organized by the Chatham House Research Center in Britain and attended by the Al-Eqtisad News correspondent, that "the Iraqi government has begun to reform many economic laws that would regulate the lives of citizens and preserve their rights."

He added that "the Iraqi Development Fund has six goals, including mobilizing the private savings of the Iraqi people, estimated at 60-70 billion dollars."

He explained that "the development road is considered one of the most important strategic projects for Iraq, and several countries will participate in it, and it will shorten the time for transporting goods by 15 days."

Al-Najjar continued that "women in Iraq wear gold worth 18 billion dollars," noting that "Iraq needs 8,000 schools, so the Iraqi Development Fund has granted land to build schools."  LINK

Trade Bank of Iraq opens an office inside the SOMO oil company building

Today, Sunday, the Trade Bank of Iraq (  TBI ) announced the opening of an office inside the SOMO oil company building.

The bank's media advisor, Aqil Al-Shuwaili, said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "In cooperation with SOMO, an authorized office was opened inside the company's building to issue documentary credits to facilitate all transactions between the Oil Marketing Company " SOMO " and the bank regarding the export and import operations of all petroleum products."

He added that "this contributes to supporting the national economy and developing the energy sector, which is one of the main drivers of the Iraqi economy," noting that "these measures come within the work plan of the bank's management, represented by its chairman, Bilal Al-Hamdani, to develop banking work."

He stressed that "this will contribute to improving and developing the bank's services provided to all customers in
line with the Prime Minister's directives to develop the banking sector and improve all services."

Frank26   [Iraq boots-on-the-ground report]   FIREFLY:  The census is for real.  Sudani says this is a really really serious census, I want you to participate and he needed us to work with him.  Sounds like it has to be tied in with legal things that need to be done and finished up before the official exchange rate rolls out.  Just what we think here on the streets.  FRANK:  After the census I believe things will start to be revealed to you...

Mnt Goat   ...the IMF fully intends to repeg the IQD to a basket of currencies once they revalue it and turn it back on FOREX (...this is called a reinstatement...).   It will initially be a FREE FLOAT driven by market fluctuations however it will be monitored and my CBI contact has told me they will cap it at a level to control the initial massive swings, if needed. Then over a period, the rate is expected to settle down to its nominal rate. I am told this could be about $3.85ish. The then CBI director in 2011 Dr. Shabibi told his audience in a news media conference on the Iraqi economy that the dinar could sustain a fluctuation as high as $16 USD...I am told that the IMF will use the cap at about $9 - $11 to prevent wild swings out of control that could potentially hurt the basket.

MZ: When they pass HCL- we know we are close to being finished. They have already started oil shipments again so I believe it could be done.

MZ: “The Minister of Planning of Kurdistan announces the end of the first and second phases of the census with success” The census is going smoothly so far. They will pretty much have it done and wrapped up by tomorrow night.

MZ: Nothing new from bond folks this morning but, lots of chatter and expectations of real bond money this week starting last night and today. But once again more bond folks are disappearing or becoming unwilling to talk. Many have different appointments from now to early December to receive 1%.

Tues. 19 Nov. 2024: The clock is ticking and the storm is nearing. This week marks the beginning of the end for the old system. Bank of America, Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan on the brink as stock markets tumble and the QFS rises from the ashes.

Wed. 20 Nov. 2024: Iraq rejoices. The new Dinar Rate heralds a new era.

Thurs. 21 Nov. 2024: The QFS is unveiled, ushering in a revolution.

Sat. 30 Nov. 2024: The World tunes in, the EBS activates and no one is left unaffected.

Sun. 1 Dec. to Mon. 2 Dec. 2024: Project Sandman Fall of US Dollar.

Tues. 19 Nov. 2024 Bruce:

On Sun 17 Nov. they tested four different foreign currencies and they passed the test.

Some politicians were trying to get a early start on the QFS, and they were arrested

Over the weekend Bruce was told we would get started this week

The RR payments are divided into three age groups 30-45 years, 45-60, and 60 plus.

Age Group 60 and older: if you are getting SS your RR will pay you a lump sum to the bank where you receive your SS payment, unless you are exchanging, and then your RR will be put in your Quantum Account as you are exchanging.

Age Group 30-45: you get monthly payments for 30 years. You will be required to sign a document promising to keep on working at your job for another 15 years. If you don’t have a job, you will promise to get a job.

Age Group 45-60: RR monthly payment every year for two years. You will sign an agreement that you will work another ten years.

RR starts to pay out when you are exchanging currency, or if you don’t have currency, the first week of December.

SS increases take place in December. It will be substantial.

GCR RV: Bond Holders will receive notification overnight tomorrow Wed. 20 Nov.

Tier 4b (us, the Internet Group) notification by or before noon tomorrow.

Call the Call Center using the toll free number and the zip code where you want to exchange.

You will have your exchange appointment 2-4 hours after you set your appointment – they could start Wed. afternoon 20 Nov. 2024.

Currencies on the Forex have been trading at great rates. Contract Rate on the Dinar is very strong. Dong has been traded up.

Militia Man  Article:  "The deletion of the zeros and evaluate the dinar"  They're talking about the concept of currency revaluation which means, quote:  "...a calculated upward adjustment of a country's official exchange rate..."  This particular article supports the fact that they're openly educating their citizens as we speak...I think you guys really should know how close this is because why would they be talking about this now when it wouldn't be necessary?  It would be absolutely 100% talking about it now because they want  to make sure everybody knows what's happening, without saying what's happening.  That's how it works.  It's fascinating to watch...

Frank26  [Iraq boots-on-the-ground report]  FIREFLY:IMF on TV news praising Iraq for their financial and banking reforms and development.  FRANK:  Have you noticed the IMF is constantly, almost weekly, now bragging about the monetary reform process of the Central Bank of Iraq?  Bragging about it.  If you go to the IMF website, it will tell you in English the Iraqi dinar is going through a revaluation right now.  There's no secrets.

Why The Bond Market Collapse Could Trigger The "End Game" | Rafi Farber

Liberty and Finance:  11-19-2024

Rafi Farber highlights that bond yields have been rising even as the Federal Reserve is cutting interest rates, which is unusual.

Historically, when the Fed cuts rates, long-term bond yields tend to fall. This phenomenon hasn't occurred since 1981, signaling that the bond market may be in a bear market.

Farber suggests that the only way the Fed could halt rising bond yields is by buying up the entire bond market, similar to Japan's strategy. However, this could lead to the collapse of the dollar, as the Fed can't engage in such extreme measures without undermining the world's reserve currency.

Member: Does the Iraqi census have to complete b4 RV can occur?

Member: The census starts early tomorrow in Iraq…..

MZ: “A specialist determines the importance and objectives of the census and it has nothing to do with the citizens private life” It will allow them to allocate growth , roads ect…..they shut everything down and literally go door to door and count. They are also talking about changing, moving and expanding some redemption exchange centers in Iraq. Do they need more in certain areas? I heard this from a minister as another reason why they are doing the census.

MZ: I am now getting great chatter from the bond side. They are very hopeful and if they are right- by Thursday we should get an announcement. This is from some really solid contacts and I really hope they are right.

MZ: Some of my other top notch contacts said they have not heard that yet….so we will see. There is a lot of misinformation put out there on purpose.

MZ: Buckle up- we know things are close.
