Spot gold was up 0.1% at $1,905.14 per ounce by 0637 GMT, while U.S. gold futures gained 0.2% to $1,908.80. Spot prices have risen nearly 7.7% so far this month.

Most markets will be closed in the United States and Britain on Monday for public holidays.

“Gold is pretty much drawing its strength from inflation fears and some inclination of the yields,” said Stephen Innes, managing partner at SPI Asset Management.

“The dollar is staying weaker, that’s fairly supportive. Gold bulls now have their eyes set on $2,000, and most are thinking it’s going to go quite a lot higher.”

In 2008 with the collapse of the world’s banking system, the UN Nations decided they needed to bring back the collateral backed requirements under the Old Bretton Woods Treaty for all UN Sovereign currencies.

This was the start of the GLOBAL CURRENCY RESET plan and modification of the Bretton Woods Treaty; back to asset backed currencies. In essence, the GCR is, in reality, the reenactment of the Bretton Woods Treaty; aka Bretton Woods II.

In 2018-2019 the GCR/RV was suppose to have been implemented but was shut down by Obama.

Then the global pandemic crisis hit in 2020, the Republicans lost the House, lost the Senate, lost the Presidency, and lost the US Supreme Ct (because of Chief Justice Roberts going left). This stopped the GCR/RV from moving forward. Efforts led by Iraqi youth to address the emerging coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic will also be covered. .

Agreement will provide a revolving credit line for Iraqi importers of Saudi Arabian goods and services..............May 30, 2021............The Saudi Fund for Development (SFD) signed a $10 million export financing agreement with the National Bank of Iraq to provide credit facilities to the Iraqi lender.

The funding will help Iraqi companies to buy Saudi goods and services and will help to strengthen trade relations between the two nations, the SFD said in a statement on Sunday.

“This agreement reflects the strong ties between the kingdom and Iraq, and our mutual desire to increase co-operation across several sectors. It is part of an ongoing $1.5 billion that the Saudi government allocated to support reconstruction and development projects in Iraq," SFD chief executive Sultan Abdulrahman Al-Marshad said.

“Supporting stability in countries seeking to achieve sustainable economic and social development is one of the main priorities of the SFD and through this agreement we seek to achieve prosperity for both nations.”

“This line of financing will expand trade between Iraq and Saudi Arabia by providing credit facilities for Iraqi investors to import Saudi products and services at competitive prices. It will also increase transport links between our two nations and stimulate the financial and commercial sectors,” said Capital Bank's chairman Basem Al-Salem.

Sunday 30, May 2021 23:22.......The United Nations Mission in Iraq / UNAMI / issued a report on assassination operations of activists in Iraq.

The UNAMI report stated: "48 incidents of assassination of protesters carried out by unknown elements have been documented, and more than 20 demonstrators whose fate is still unknown."

The report added: "The investigation into assassinations did not go beyond the investigative stages, and those involved in assassinations often get away with it."

butterfly  Iran, Iraq Agreement on Customs, Joint Investment......31st May 2021.......Ministerial delegations from Iran and Iraq agreed on plans to promote cooperation on customs affairs, pave the way for joint investment, and expand the capacity for transportation between the two neighboring countries.

After two rounds of meetings on Saturday, delegations led by Iranian Economy Minister Farhad Dejpasand and Iraq's Finance Minister Ali Abdul-Amir Allawi reached agreements on closer trade ties between Tehran and Baghdad.

Speaking at a press conference after the meetings, Dejpasand said the new agreements entail plans to address the problems relating to customs, exchange experiences in customs affairs, and facilitate the activities of the two countries' business people.

He noted that Iran and Iraq have also agreed on organized plans for joint investment in order to increase foreign investment in the two countries by setting up new industrial complexes.

Another issue agreed upon in the meetings was the expansion of the capacity for the transportation of rail passengers and cargo between the two neighbors.

Iran and Iraq held the 4th session of Economic Cooperation Joint Commission in January, weighing plans for stronger cooperation in various sectors with an eye to the geographical, cultural and religious commonalities between the two Muslim neighbors.

Participants in the meeting are also planned to discuss the ways to boost economic ties, promote exports, and evaluate the markets for optimum productivity in various sectors, such as the transportation and energy industries, tourism sector, construction projects, and water and electricity industries.

Dergham said in a statement to Shafaq News Agency that the license covered an array of fields, including education, industry, commerce, and Agriculture.

"The is the toll of the first five months of 2021 only," he noted, "the net value of these projects are estimated at 400 million dollars, nearly half a billion dinars."

Persia Oil and Gas Industry Development Co. will study the northern section of the field, Petropars and Petroiran Development Co. will study the central section, and Pasargad Energy Development Co. and Dana Energy will both study the southern stretch, according to NIOC.

Holly:  I was told it is time to be quiet. Just know we are there and it is set to happen this week.

MZ: What we have heard is there is a massive push to have the software portion /computer portion ready for June 1st. We don’t know how it rolls out after that. But I have been told we are right here on the precipice.

MZ: There are more and more banking stories about June 1st….

MZ: over the weekend there was a number of articles in Iraq saying that it is time for them to make a serious change in their value. …there are reports coming from the streets of around .70 cents to the dollar in Iraq on the dinar and then float it quickly…..i can’t prove this yet.   I spent the weekend trying to get pictures of lower denominations, They are trying hard not to leak things right now.

MZ:We just need a little more patience as we watch this roll out.

MZ: the majority of our banking contacts in the US are off this weekend….they were not called in . Getting any news is difficult because they simply are not there.

MZ: On the European and Asian side with the paymasters….they are seeing positioning of funds and releasing some dollars to pay cash strapped groups and bond folks and exchanges.in Tier 4A in for redemptions….…..To me that is big….that the bank side is willing to put their funds up to help these folks get into position.

MZ: There are people out there that are worth millions on paper but are homeless right now because of this thing taking so long. Those dollars started moving early in the week to get them where they need to be to redeem.

MZ: I have not heard anything is postponed guys…..The overwhelming intel I get right now is we have to be quiet.

Member: Have you heard if UK banks are exchanging?

MZ: I have heard from UK banks and they have not started exchanging….this is where part of my information comes from on some of the bond dollars and group dollars that the banks have paid to get people in position.

MZ: I heard they did not implement that pay cut yet. It has been delayed.

MZ: There are contractors in Iraq…this is where a lot of information in Iraq comes from…...contractors building power plants, water systems , infrastructure…ect……everytime we get close….they get sat down and go through rates, exchange rates and get everything in place for when it occurs….and they have been awfully busy doing just that…..

Member:  MarkZ I received an email from Chase Bank talking about Wealth Management and I only have a few bucks in my account. They know

Member:  I got an email from my smaller bank - about Wealth Management, too! I thought it 'strange' considering I'm hardly wealthy.......

Member: I hear we are running on 2 systems now in the banks…the old swift system and the new system.

MZ: The news system has not yet been activated….testing and getting everything ready to go is not the same thing as activated.

Member:  The new system gives u total control of your money,,, no one else can access your account unless you give the bank permission when U take an interest bearing account.

Member:  I am hoping there is no glitches with the new system going in, and it will go smoothly when being implemented.

Member: What do yu hear about Basel 3 starting on June 28th?

MZ: We have been looking for Basel 3 since 2008 or sooner…….This forces the banks to back up deposits…to have an asset . They can no longer use paper gold or paper silver. They have to have the physical metal. Basel 3 brings more transparency and forces them to secure the money. If something goes wrong and there are bail ins…the bank is holding physical assets. It will not come from your or I. So basically Basel 3 is a huge piece of this. It will be in place by June 28th. That’s why a lot of metals contracts are being demanded off the COMEX now.  There is a serious metal crunch coming as we roll through June.

MZ: This is another thing that makes me believe we are at “any moment” for the reset now.

Member: Fleming says Mr. C is a fake?

Member:  Mark, A couple of updates from others, saying GOLD TREATY redone, without Mike Cottrell?

MZ: Nick did not discredit Mr. C…..some people took that out of context.  He is of the belief that Mr. C has been replaced from being a signatory with the Gold treaty…for security reasons. There was an attempt by the deep state to throw in a “fake” Mr. C to go in …Mr. C has talked about this at length. My contacts firmly believe that Mr. C is still firmly part of the gold Treaty. Either way he is a great historical figure in this reset.

Responses to Nick Fleming Q & A session 5/29/2021: The information in this document is based on the most recent information available. It is not intended to be the authority on the GCR/RV or appointment process.

It is intended to be a guide for yourself and/or those you gifted ZIM and/or currency.

It is expected that there may be changes once final instructions are received. This information is based on exchanges/ redemptions done in the USA. Each country will have its own process and information should be available for all once notifications have been issued.

• You do not have to sign the NDA. If you decide not to sign the NDA, then you will go in as a Tier 5 General Public and get their lower rates.

• The NDA is to protect you. If you sign an NDA you cannot speak about what you have redeemed / exchanged. You need to Keep Quiet about your exchange/ redemption.

• We go Tuesday? All we can say is that the new System will be activated June 1st. Bond holders will not be paid until then, and then we start. We cannot give an exact date.

• You can bring your Wealth Manager to the 2nd follow up appointment. Or, you can take the default package and you do not have to go to a 2nd appointment.

• If you are over 70 and have a humanitarian project, you can present and walk away with the default rate. You also can present your project, get higher rate for your project, or take the default package, whichever you decide.

• If you do not have ZIM you can exchange your currency and get contract rates.

• We get intel from military sources. The intel gets verified and compared to other sources like MarkZ, Bruce and others. We put it out when it is pretty much verified and correct.

• Mike Cottrell gives out information about how it all started and that he would be given the codes to kick off the RV. He is not a signer any longer and things have changed since then. When the Gold Contracts were re-done, they left him out. A lot has changed since that phony transaction by a phony Cottrell. The Chinese were able to get their diamonds back. Many changes have taken place. Cottrell does have good information.

• At times there is incorrect information being provided out there. For example, the new banking system started last Wednesday but the new system does not start in use until the 1st of June.

• What gets you a better rate is to go to the 2nd appointment and present your project (s), that may help you get a better rate not necessarily bringing in your own wealth manager to the 2nd appointment.

• It is a projected date. We cannot say it is the date is going to happen.

• You do not have to open a Wells Fargo account before you go to your appointment.

• The Safe Link Website to obtain 800#s will be published.

• If you have many projects, you can work it thru your Wealth Manager. You do not have to do it all yourself. If you do not have the skills or the time, you can delegate that to the WM team for a fee. You tell them what you want done but you need to oversee the projects and assure they are doing what you requested. You will be dealing this thru the private banking side not the public side. You are at the top; the others are working for you. You need an organization to manage it. You can hire people with those skills, and you manage them and that is how you manage your projects.

• Tier 4B banks will have rates set and concrete International/ contract rates. You do not get better rates by going with another bank if you do not like the rates presented to you at the first financial bank location.

• If you have ZIM you can negotiate the rate, and you get your currency at international rate.

• If you only have currency – you can request the contract rate.

• Bankers are there only to open your accounts.

• If you have ZIM, they will send you to a Redemption Center.

• If you have both ZIM and Currency, they will send you to a Redemption Center.

• If you only have currency, they will send you to a Banking Institution.

• If you already work in a Banking Institution, you still have to make the call to the SafeLink web site and 800#. When you make the call, they will send you to an RC or financial Institution. You do not want the people in the bank that you work know about your transaction, reason why you do not conduct the transaction in the bank that you work in.

• If you conducted a Cease and Desist order for your currency, take your written document/request to your appointment just in case you need it.

Dubai 1 & 2 funds were launched on Sun 23 May at 1:51 pm EST as the Global Currency Reset took place across the globe. Dubai 1 funds were then paid into Tier 1-2 Govt & Humanitarian organization accounts. By Wed. 26 May 2021 the asset-backed financial system was in place, with asset monetized to create off-ledger funds and any claims to be settled in Sovereign (Common Law) Courts.

According to contacts in Reno, on Fri. 28 May the new rates were live on bank screens; the General and Redemption Center Group were liquid; Iraq was handing out lower denominations of their Dinar (meaning the Dinar had revalued), while Bond holder/sellers have been told they would be liquid on Sat. 29 May. Funds were completing allocation to Tier 1-4, while deliveries of CMKX, Farm Claims and Native American settlements has hit over 30%, which then satisfied an agreement to allow the Shotgun RV release at any time forward.

Banks around the world were scrambling to be on the new Banking System by June 1, the same date that it was expected to find an implementation of NESARA/GESARA.

Basel 3 implementation was planned for June 28.

There would be fourteen days of Zim redemption and currency exchanges at the special rates, though appointments could be set up to 30 days away.

After the fourteen days, Zim redemption and the special rates would end (unless you had made an appointment at a Redemption Center for in that 30 day window) and then the general public would begin exchanging at the new international rates.

Thousands of arrests were ongoing around the globe and without news coverage. Many sources were under hard NDA gag orders.

Tishwash:  A large Kurdish delegation arrives in Baghdad to follow up on the implementation of the region's share of the budget

A member of the Kurdistan Alliance, MP Ahmed Al-Saffar, confirmed, on Sunday, the arrival of a large Kurdish government delegation to Baghdad today.

Al-Saffar told the official agency, and "Nass" followed him (May 30, 2021), that "a large government delegation from the region will arrive today in Baghdad to meet government officials exclusively."

He explained that "the purpose of the visit is to meet to follow up on the implementation of Article 11 of the budget law on the share of the Kurdistan region, and there will be three parties present: the Federal Ministries of Finance and Oil and the Office of Financial Supervision."

The Kurdistan Democratic Alliance had confirmed, last Friday, that the Kurdistan Regional Government handed over all data related to the numbers of employees, oil, revenues and outlets to the federal government.   link

Tishwash:  Iraq achieves the highest revenues by selling oil since the end of 2019 - Urgent

Today, Monday, the Parliamentary Oil and Energy Committee revealed that Iraq has achieved the highest amount of .oil exports since 2019 until now 

A member of the committee, Ghaleb Muhammad Ali, said in a statement received (Baghdad Today), that "Iraq sold its crude oil during the current month at 62 dollars, and sales revenues amounted to about 5.5 billion dollars, which is the highest in the country's revenues since the end of 2019," noting that " This amount when transferred amounts to 8 trillion dinars, in addition to other non-oil revenues, which amounted to one trillion dinars, bringing the number to 9 .trillion dinars entered into the Central Bank of Iraq during the current month

He added that "the presence of these sums makes us see the conditions of the Iraqis and the economy better, but what exists on the ground is the opposite, so we see that the Iraqi economy is unstable and there is a continuous rise in the exchange rates of the dollar in the markets, which negatively affected the market and consequently on the life .of the Iraqi family despite the presence of many Revenue from the sale of oil

He added, "The Central Bank of Iraq is not able to control the dollar exchange rates, and there is a continuous rise within a few days, which calls for opening an investigation by the government about what is happening in this bank's defect and the rapid increase in the exchange rates of the dollar and the possibility of removing it from his position ".and choosing people worthy of this position. Who controls all of Iraq's money

He admitted that “there are cases of corruption in the central bank, especially in the dollar sale window, since the exchange rates amount to 145 thousand dinars for the 100-dollar banknote, while in exchange shops it reaches 150 thousand dinars, stressing that this difference between buying and selling prices is from a share.” The parties that will ".use the people's money in the upcoming elections

He explained that "the central bank must adopt a monetary policy whereby it can maintain stable dollar prices, as it is ".affecting the lives of citizens, and take a position away from the parties, as it is currently under their control.   link

Frank26   IMO that [2021] budget will bring forth the new exchange rate.  Whether it's brought out with the budget or later I don't know. I don't care.  But it's impossible for that budget to do what it wants to do at that program rate....

Frank26  IMO on the 20th of May the Fab 4 finished with the Central Bank of Iraq - the Central Bank of Iraq basically it's your turn now.  That's extremely close.  That is an extremely long accomplishment that has been completed and for the governor of the Central Bank of Iraq to actually come out on the 20th and actually say those same words, 'We have completed.'  What?   'This, this, this and this.'  And all 'this this this' is not for a program rate.  Not at all...un-peg.  It's your turn.

Petra  their tax revenue people (what we call the IRS) are saying they are to begin implementation of 21% taxes on the income of the citizens.  Well they can't do that at a program rate.  There's no way.  That to me goes back to a time issue that there is a time set in stone because they'll start generating more revenue from the taxes.  They are positioned really strong.  They just need to get this oil thing straight and then I think we're off to the races.

Basel III Threatens to Break The Gold Derivative Market in June

We revisit the Basel III requirements that are set to wreak havoc on the London unallocated gold market on June 27, 2021.

We also discuss the potential affects this has on vaulting gold toward its CPI adjusted high of $3045.

We go over in detail over the history of Basel requirements and why they keep changing. Essentially, the banking system is having trouble meeting those liquidity standards after the Lehman collapse, despite what they may tell us publicly.

We also revisit the threat that the LBMA made to the rest of the world's gold markets, and why it indicates London is panicking over physical gold trade moving East to those other markets.

I explain in detail why June of 2021 will likely not be the date at which the entire derivative market in gold breaks, because the LBMA and COMEX are not the only markets where derivatives are traded.

However, it will likely do two things for gold: 1) raise the floor of the gold price significantly and 2) cause gold trade to shift methodically away from Western gold markets.
