Khalaf denied all rumors about the possibility of extending the platform’s work, and spoke with great positivity, reassuring the market and consumers that the overwhelming majority of traders have already adapted to the new system in which the Central Bank does not provide direct dollars to traders. But what will happen?!
The sale of the dollar was a mechanism adopted by the Iraqi government after 2003 during the era of Governor Sinan Al-Shabibi, for several goals mentioned in a study by the bank official, Dr. Walid Aidi Abdul Nabi , including controlling the exchange rate and raising the purchasing power of those with limited incomes, among others. It aims to provide hard currency to traders in order to finance their imports of goods from abroad, but the idea was later subject to much skepticism and suspicion, and the auction became one of the most frequently mentioned files in discussions about corruption, fictitious import invoices, and currency smuggling to neighboring countries, among others.
According to the new system after the window closes, traders will have to deposit their money in dinars in Iraqi banks that have entered into partnerships with foreign banks (called correspondent banks). These correspondent banks with American banks will undertake all verification and compliance procedures, while the Central Bank will only be tasked with strengthening the dollar balances in the accounts of banks that are able to pass all these procedures.
Many experts believe that this step has relieved the Central Bank of responsibility for any potential manipulation of invoices or attempts to smuggle currency, and the Central Bank has thus protected itself from any potential American sanctions with their dangerous implications for the country’s economy.
Khalaf said, “The date for closing the platform is fixed, it will not change and will not be extended. The banks have been preparing since the beginning of this year when Governor Ali Al-Alaq announced his intention to close the platform.”
According to Khalaf, “transfers are made by strengthening the balances of Iraqi banks, and 97% of transfers are now made according to the new mechanism. This will be noticeable during the first days of the new year, as the Central Bank’s transfers to banks that are operating at full capacity will not change by strengthening the balances with correspondent banks.” However, he left the door open to the possibility of a very slight and ineffective decline in the Central Bank’s sales.
He pointed out that “the majority of banks in Iraq have correspondent banks and have been operating according to the new mechanism since the beginning of this year, and traders will not face any problem unless their money is in banks without correspondent banks.” link

Frank26 This is extremely important you understand this. It is projected at the end of this month on the 31st that the auctions will come to an end. Therefor the next day the citizens of Iraq will be looking for something to use. They will demand a dollar because that's all they know and they will be rejected. The demand for the dollar will increase. The black market value will increase for the dollar (which is not official, which has no meaning, no value to the CBI). But for at least maybe until the 7th. Why? Because on the 7th Sudani has ordered parliament to finish and sign off everything on the budget. If not he'll take care of it...One week of bubble. That makes sense. I like it.

However, if not managed carefully the government's directly issuing can lead to inflation." Inflation is the consequence of not playing by the rules as we all know. Why would Alaq be talking about this? ...The exchange rate change is likely to be coming because they're going to have something that supports the ability to do all of this and they have the United States...and the coalition on board for it and you probably have the Bank of International Settlements...World Bank...IMF...UN...okay with it [too].

Announcement from Central Bank of Iraq – Dec 26 2024 Delegation from US department of treasury visited the central bank of Iraq, the delegation expressed their gratitude and appreciation for the procedures taken by the CBI during last year in the operations of combating the financing of terrorism and money laundering.
The delegation “”praised CBI’s electronic programs that was used for the first time and showed their astonishment for the speed and competency in using those programs also their admiration with the criteria placed by the bank with the help of international audit office (KPMG) which related to organizing Dollar selling operations and its monitor during the compliance of all banks to rules of combating the financing of terrorism and money laundering”” No. 39 for the year 2015.
Also the delegation listened to detailed explanation on the electronic system which applied by the CBI to monitor sold Dollar movement, and discussed CBI’s vast training program which will start soon and aims to train and qualify CBI’s employees working in monitoring and supervising field.

Mr Sammy says when they end the auctions and everyone goes back to work on the 2nd of January, the rise of the dollar will be very closely watched by us here at the banks. If it starts to get out of hand by the 7th when parliament votes then [he] doesn't see any other move but to increase the dinar. That's the only way Alaq has a way out.

MZ: In Iraq: “More than one billion dollars CBI sales in 4 days” yes we did have foreign currency auctions this week. All eyes will be on Monday to see if they continue or do not continue.
MZ: “Parliamentary finance: Financial Digital transformation will eliminate corruption and money laundering” they are paving the road and laying the groundwork to changing the value of the dinar.
MZ: I have a bond contact who was asked to be in Europe-specifically Zurich on Monday…so he is making sudden travel arrangements. He wasn’t expecting to have to be there until the end of the first week in Jan. They have moved him a week. Hopefully this means things are speeding up.
Member: What is the connection between bonds and the RV?
Member: Historic bonds are part of international settlements in tier 3. They supposedly go just before we get notified…..If we see them go…..we know we are next…
MZ : There are also a few more rumors coming out of the Indian Nations here in the states. Continuing chatter is that they need to be prepared because it is imminent.
Member: Indian nations are also in tier 3. Along with church groups and other groups.
MZ: Also CMKX and Prosperity packages and part of tier 3.
Member: Chief Fast Horse says he has been paid the Tribal Funds.
Member: Rumor is Reno is on native land?
MZ: Still no response from redemption center contacts. That is very unusual. I will take it as good news.
Member: Mark a couple of people were telling Ariel that Iraq could easily say all of their old currencies are worthless and un redeemable and go with the new. Is that even possible?
MZ: In short-NO. Not without losing respect from everyone in the world including Iraqi citizens. They have to honor them if they want the world to support them.
Member: Smells like the steak is cooking, but we can’t actually see it yet, then. The best we can acknowledge is we are one day closer. No bad news, so that’s good news.

You will have 2-4 people helping you at your table.
All you need is Id. Might not need utility bill.
They will offer you the contract rate for Iraq and that’s the per barrel price of oil.
You will set up your QFS account with your username and password and five digit password and you will need to set up a new email.
When you move money using your QFS card (which is only used to move money from your primary account) make sure you have what you need for 90 days.
You can move money into a bank account to earn interest – that you negotiate the interest rate with your bank.
Accounts can be set up later when you meet with your Wealth Manager.
Credit/debit card is given to you at the exchange.
You will (allegedly) get the on par rate for the Zim and also a good rate for the Dong.
You may be able to get some proof of fund letters to buy homes, etc.

Frank26 The Vietnamese Dong has explosive potential IMO based on...that the world will now slowly turn more and more towards Vietnam for the things that they used to get out of China. That evidence has already been displayed in the last six years in their economy...If you went to Vietnam today you'd think you were is Dubai.

We haven't see that opened yet for 2024 but we see that it's printed...We don't know exactly what the contents are. We're hoping...the new exchange rate is within it.

All right, let's go on into the so called Intel segment. Thank you, Bob, very much for that. Intel wise - Well, I have to say we were told to look for this Christmas Eve day, Christmas day maybe. And then that turned into well might not be overnight. Christmas. It could be this morning the 26th it could be this morning until noon. Then I heard more information today that said, Well, it's going to be if it's not. This is what I heard last night, if it's not today, it will be over this weekend, this weekend coming.
And I thought, okay, here we go again. Good push to the weekend, but I have to tell you, we did hear from a group of very informed individuals that are part of this process.
They're part of the release. They said the release is coming very shortly. And that's one of those terms I'm not a fan of, very shortly. What does it mean? Does it mean hours? Does it mean days? Well, in this case, it means a couple of days. Releases are coming very shortly.
Keep your britches up. And here it comes. Hold on your britches is what I meant, yeah, release. The release is happening shortly. Yep, and keep hold on to your britches, meaning pants. Hold on to your pants. It's coming.
So `I think what I've heard since then and these were extremely valuable people that were bringing this to us. I mean, the highest of the high we are looking for a green light from treasury / slash/ Wells Fargo to release this to us over the next couple of days a weekend. Now for them, the weekend is starting on Friday and Saturday. Really believe, from what we're hearing, we're going to get this either tomorrow or Saturday, and depending on what time of the day we get it. We could start exchanges right away.
And also, Sunday will be a day the redemption centers will be open. If we start tomorrow or Saturday. We don't have a leapfrog to Monday. We would go right through including Sunday and we know that redemption centers, depending on the demographics of the area, could be open as late as 10 or 11 o'clock at night, and they'll start somewhere around nine, 915 in the morning.
So they've got two, maybe sometimes three, shifts of people that will be working. There's not nine stations. This isn't nine stations of the cross or any of that stuff. This is you sit down. They will you will be have a group of two to four people across from you that will do everything right there, at that desk or at that table, they'll have laptops.
They'll have a Delarue machine to count and verify your currency. They'll verify who you are with a photo ID like a passport or a driver's license. I was told we don't we no longer need to bring a utility bill to the redemption center. So I've got wine in my portfolio. If they want it, I've got it. Don't. It won't come out.
The point is, all you need to do is get in there. They'll pony up your currency. They'll verify it, they'll let you know what that is, you know what the rate is for that particular currency, and they'll total it up. And at the end, they'll have a big total of all of your currency, including Zim.
They'll offer you a contract rate, which is the per barrel price of oil that Iraq is selling their oil for. Like to Turkey. Turkey is buying a ton of oil from Iraq. They might be selling to Egypt. They could be selling to other countries in the Gulf region as well. But I know roughly what per oil price is per barrel, but it can fluctuate. It can go up or it can go down. They're supposed to offer us the contract rate, which I said, is the per barrel pipe of oil, okay, per dinner, whatever it is, so that it's a win, win, it's a win. It's a win for the bank. It's a win for the person helping you with Exchange.
Once they do that - you have total you know what it is. You'll next be setting up your quantum account. You'll have you'll have your biometric finger or thumbprint to put in the system. We've got that - they've got a new user name and a new password for the quantum account, then you have a five digit PIN code that you'll create for the quantum account, and then you'll also have a brand new email and a brand new password that's all tied to the quantum account.
Okay, and so once you have that set up, now it's time to look at moving funds from your quantum into your primary Wells Fargo account. You end up with $100 billion in exchanges. Well then you just take whatever you want, 5 billion or whatever, 2 billion, and put it to your primary account that has to last you for 60 days.
They want to see how you do removing your money legitimately in the first 60 days after that, you get access to everything in your account and can move it at will, okay, but you will earn interest. Or if you want to earn interest, you can in your primary and secondary bank accounts with Wells Fargo, but you negotiate that, and you can negotiate a pretty good percentage as an annual percentage, yearly APY, annual percentage, yearly paid on the money, not in your quantum account.
Remember, quantum earns zero, nothing, not a vient day, nothing. But when you move funds into your primary wells account, at that point you can begin earning interest on it.
Now, for me, a rate of interest. I'm not looking to get greedy on it, but I'll take some interest, and I'll also ask it to be paid quarterly, meaning once every three months.
That way I know the amount that I have to invest in or get rid of, and bless people with, but for the next quarter comes out, so it kind of keeps you moving through some of these funds. And obviously, to begin with, before you earn interest in the first 90 days, you know you'll have to take the money from your quantum account and use it to buy a new house, maybe maybe a car, maybe some land.
Whatever you're doing. I have, obviously, a lot to do for the projects, so I'm going to be tapping into that. I'll also set up some accounts that are what I call secondary accounts under the primary each one for four separate LLCs that I already have set up so I'll be doing it that way, but master trust holds the primary account everything underneath it, but then I'm using LLC accounts for the LLC projects that those go under, okay, now you've got the quantum you move funds in.
Forget credit debit card from wells, Fargo. That's what you actually use stuff with. That's one way you can do it. You have charge capability with it. You can move funds from it. You can use it as an ATM card, but remember, the quantum card is used as an ATM card ever only used to move funds from your quantum account into your primary or secondary bank accounts.
Is not a card to go out and charge things on. You don't use that in a restaurant. You keep it super, super secure and safe. Only you know where it is, and if you need to get access to it, move some funds, you can do it.
So keep it safe and don't lose it. Okay, not going to be easy to replace. Don't lose it, keep safe, you're somebody that always loses, your keys or loses this – turn over a new leaf in 2025
All right, so now you've got that. You've got funds that have moved now they should have some of the newUSN currency at the redemption centers. By the way, this process is only at the redemption centers. You're going to get the contract rate on the Dinar at the redemption centers, you're going to get the on par with the USN rate on the Zim at the redemption centers, you're going to get the little higher rate on the dong you're going to get at the banks, at the redemption centers. I know what it is, but I ain't supposed to tell you all what is right now, but I know what is.
The other thing is, once you're done with that, okay, what is left? What is left? I think after you get your funds moved, you got your credit card, you've got your your quantum card, your credit debit card, you're not supposed to set up multiple accounts.
Forget the idea of getting certified checks. That's old school. That's like three years, five years ago. So you're not going to get cashiers checks. You might be able to arrange a couple of proof of funds letters for real estate. I don't think I need them, but I'll probably get one funds letters for a couple of places beyond that, they'll probably give you a business card for a wealth management person, ultra high net worth person, somebody that you can meet with days later or whatever to set up the rest of Your accounts. You know, need to get that in.
Go over things, but really it's one, one and done on this thing, you're going through it, you're getting it done. You leave list of perks, which are benefits for being a customer at the bank, and you can look through those, see if there's anything you like, and let them know later that you would like maybe that particular perk for you. And then they should get, I don't think you're going to get a certificate.
That was an idea before that. You will not get a computer or a laptop. You will not get that. You will get a Q phone, which is basically a satellite phone. Starlink satellite system should work anywhere in the world. I do not know how that works with a provider of that service.
The phone itself is supposed to be free to you as a satellite phone, and I think it probably uses Starlink, and it may incorporate cell towers as well. But listen, it should work everywhere, all over the world. It should work everywhere. So whatever the deal is, the Q phone is supposed to be secure enough that you can actually transact from your quantum card.
Okay, transact and move funds into your bank, your bank accounts, so it should be completely secure. I'm going to see how that all works, guys. We have to see how that comes together. And basically, I think you get that last and they kick you out the door and you're gone. Then in 30 to 40 minutes for everything, everything that you have to do, and, oh man, that’s going to be good -
Its going to be like these guys make a touchdown, and they go out and celebrate they'll get a 15 yard penalty pack on to the next play because they did it. I don't know why they still do that, but they do. I know they're excited about winning and the score and all that, but guys, let's not over celebrate.
Don't go to the bar and say Hi guys, I'm rich. I'm flying around for the whole house. You know, don't do stupid stuff like that. You know, be a generous tipper. Don't stupid. And let people say hey, you know, no, all you're going to do is create people wanting to follow you out of the restaurant, follow you to your car, gets back into the house. You guys got to learn to stay on the downlow.
I'm talking to myself -- I got to be on the Downlow Now. I can't be up even what I'm trying to say. Just keep it simple, sweetheart. And this, this whole thing with the exchanges and the redemption zoom at the redemption center, it's going to go quickly, go like even setting up new accounts. You know it's going to go quickly. So it'll probably all go in 30 minutes.
If you have a lot of currency, it might take 40 just to count it all and go through it. And if, if you have bonds, sheet bonds, individual sheet bonds, or a box of bonds, you can bring that let them know when you talk to the redemption center, when you're setting your appointment. Hey, I've got some sheet on.
So how many do you have? Well, I've got 10 sheet bonds, or I've got a box of sheet bonds. I've got two boxes of sheet bonds that can handle it at the redemption center, but you're going to need more time for that too, that you better pack a lunch, like I said last time with that, because it's going to take a lot of hypothecate and go through all that, get the products of it, make sure that it's all above board and legal.
Don't try to pull any tricks over man. They see that coming. Forget it. Don't try to pull it on any of this, be honest. And I don't know what's going to happen with the R and R you guys, the RNR is supposed to kick in part of NESSARA in the first day, days of January.
Well, is it still going to be there for us when we go into Exchange before the first let's see. I don't know. I almost don't want it. Then I want it to come to the bank where I get my Social Security now, so I don't care either way, but we'll get it's just a matter of when, as far as social security increase during that in the first 10 days of January, just like our and on restitution, rehabilitation, allowance, um, I've broken that down for you before. I don't know there's anything else really pertinent.
What we need to do just when you call to say your appointment, you should be transferred with your zip code. Here's the only thing you need to tell on the phone. What the latest is, when you call in, you'll give them your name, and it could be an automated voice, give them your name and tell them your zip code. That's it.
Then you'll get connected to a person at the other end, we should be able to center that corresponds with the zip code that you do, and then you'd say, Okay, I've got, you know, you don't have to tell them what you have. You don't have to tell them what currencies you have. I don't know what they're going to ask you at their dentist center, other than they should get directions to you.
I don't know if they're going to email you any kind of confirmation. I doubt it, but they should give you idea of where it is, how to get there, what time your appointment is. Appointments should be set up every 40 minutes, and hopefully they'll stack up nicely and you won't get delayed. Don't get there more than 10 minutes early and prepare. Have your currency all laid out. You know, you don't have to make copies of your currency, please, really, yeah, I'm going to make copies of million.
You know, Zen notes give you a break. They don't need receipts for where you got the currency. They know everybody. That's a zoom holder, unless it was gifted. They know the currency holders. They already know who you are. All the KYC part is just going to be verifying who you are to them. That's going to take like, two minutes, one minute, and then we're getting into verifying and counting the person
So it's going to be a much quicker process than we thought. And let's see what else. All right, so that's good out of there. And then you'll be able to remember this idea, guys, the only reason we want to make sure you've registered your email on bigcall universe.com is so we can you by email. If we do any more calls, there'll be like podcasts, and we'll send you a link in your email that you can click on, and they'll be me talking, or Bob and I, or maybe Sue Bob and I doing something, something like that, but we aren't going to be doing live calls that we intend to once this goes, once we have numbers, we'll just probably do that and put it in the Email. Now only email you if we have the email for you, so send us not registered on big call universe.com that's what you do.
You register with your email, and that way we will send out an email to everybody with the 800 number, so you'll have it in your own email from us, and you'll also get have it on our website. We'll put it on the website.
When we get it, we'll put it on the landing page of big call universe.com, okay, and that's really it when it comes to when we talk about the projects we talk about, rebuild America, rebuild International. If you've been on the big call for a while, you know what that's going to be involved in that websites to build out. We've got to do that and decide exactly how we're going to communicate with you.
In future. We probably will do regional meetings in different parts of the country and that way people that live in that area can come and meet us. And then we can, we can talk about certain states, certain regions, certain states, some of you have already stepped up to say, I'd like to be the leader. I'd like to be a leader in this retreat or that state, and I'm aware of that, and we're going to be working on that.
And then, of course, the idea is to stay in touch with you, with plans for the veterans record and the store retreat network. That's going to be good. We're going to get those started too. We've got a lot to do in the first several months of the year.
We need some time to get our stuff straight when it comes to real estate moving or whatever, all of that has to happen and but I think we'll be communicating with you, so make sure that you do register so we can be in touch with you by email.
I am still looking for at least 5000 big call listeners from big call universe to help rebuild America and rebuild international COVID handy if you are somebody who lives in the Bahamas and somebody that lives in the Dominican Republic.
Thank God, Bob's got good contacts in the DR if you are someone that lives in Haiti, you know, we might need some help in Haiti. I speak French and Spanish, you know, a couple other languages, and I just think I'm going to use that French in Haiti if I need to. And if they're not impossible to deal with, you know, we'll work with Haiti.
.So we'll see how that goes. You know, gonna be a new experience, but I'm prepared with the new prime minister president and sit down with him and speak English or French for them.

His Excellency the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Mr. Ali Mohsen Al-Alaq, sponsored the first annual celebration for the employees of the issuance and treasuries in the bank and its branches.
The ceremony witnessed the honoring of the employees who won a symbolic shield in appreciation of their distinguished efforts, by the Governor, the Deputy, the Director of the Issuance and Treasury Department, and the branch managers.
His Excellency the Governor praised, during a speech on the sidelines of the celebration, the contributions of all employees of the Central Bank of Iraq, especially the employees of the Issuance and Treasury Department, whose work nature and positions differ from other departments and sections.
His Excellency stressed that we had previously directed to hold a special celebration for the employees of the issuance and treasuries, and this comes in appreciation of their great efforts in the process of sorting, printing, and issuing currency and other basic tasks of their work.

Clare: Parliamentary Finance: Digital financial transformation will eliminate corruption and money laundering

The Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed, on Friday, that the digital financial transformation will eliminate corruption and money laundering.
The head of the committee, Atwan Al-Atwani, said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "The digital transformation in the financial aspect has become essential and very important to achieve a qualitative shift in sustainable development, and through applications it is possible to provide many job opportunities and provide cash liquidity to the Ministry of Finance."
He added that "banking needs a qualitative shift, considering that digital transformation eliminates corruption and gets rid of money laundering," explaining that "digital transformation is not a luxury, but rather essential to keep pace with the global development that is proceeding rapidly in this field."
During the fourth annual international scientific conference, entitled (Digital Financial Services - Challenges of Reality and Future Foresight), which was organized last Tuesday, the Ministry of Finance announced that it has made great strides in digital transformation and electronic payment, while indicating that progress has been made in the field of automating customs procedures to ensure financial sustainability and economic diversification. Walkingstick After they stop the auction the nation of Iraq's currency has to be backed by something. It will no longer be backed by the American dollar. But with a basket, the other currencies can back up the Iraqi dinar. But that's not the best way for it to go. The best way is for the Iraq dinar to be backed by gold or by its assets inside of that basket giving it the most power for all the other currencies...No doubt the currency of Iraq is not just backed by oil but by endless amount of things

MZ: They have not changed yet. We have people on the ground in Iraq and there are a lot of talk and rumors- but, rates have not changed yet.
Member: Will be be taxed on this exchange?
MZ: I am still told no….but, I have set aside funds to cover it just in case.
Member: Maybe they are waiting for the inauguration so we don’t have to pay taxes?
Member: I think that the U.S. Treasury has some control on the R.V. timing and they may wait until after the Trump inauguration.
Member: Has there ever been a revaluation of more than one currency at the same time?
MZ: Yes there has. Around Word War 2. And I shared a lot of information last night on the Kuwait Revalue. Links are posted.

Member: there are a lot of rumors floating around.
MZ: As for rumors- they are definitely out there. I am hearing rumors from groups attached to Indian Nations that they are being told to prep for imminent release. It could be within days….. Similar mechanism are being re-enacted to when Kuwait RV’d. Some Indian Nations did very well when Kuwait revalued. This has me really excited.
MZ: “Iraqi Dinar falls a week before dollar selling platform closes” So auctions have not yet closed…but seems people are starting to panic. Many believe though that the dinar rate will increase to become more than a dollar …so they need to get through a little turbulence on the dinar RV stream
MZ: “Within days: business confused with the dollar exchange rates expected to rise in parallel market” Businesses are trying to figure out how to price things. The government created a committee to address how to reprice things for sudden value changes.
MZ: “Calls for Re-Evaluation on the cost of oil production in Kurdistan under the supervision of an international audit firm” Finally on the HCL….they are bringing an outside audit firm to determine the actual price of getting oil out. This has been a major sticking point keeping HCL from being settled. This should speed things up.

MZ: HCL- The can about to come to rest . It’s like when a dam is breaking. You do not know the exact time it implodes…but you can see all the cracks forming …..you can see water leaking….and you know it’s about to go…

The economic advisor to the Prime Minister, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, revealed Iraq’s first step after extinguishing its foreign debts towards establishing an investment portfolio to support the stability of the national currency.
Saleh explained to {Euphrates News} that: "Since 2004, after Iraq was able to extinguish $100 billion of its accumulated debts, which are called pre-1990 debts resulting from wars and conflicts, and with the improvement in the current account of the balance of payments, the first step taken by Iraq was to establish an investment portfolio of foreign reserves."
He added, "Or what is called the country's foreign exchange reserves that perform the function of stabilizing the value of the national currency or what is called the external value of money."
Saleh said that "these assets that support the stability of the balance of payments and the national currency {i.e. foreign reserves} are one of the aspects of the sovereign funds called {quasi-sovereign wealth fund}."
He pointed out that "they differ from traditional sovereign funds in that their assets are characterized by high liquidity or investment in liquid or semi-liquid assets and are subject to a highly accurate diversification rule in foreign currencies and highly liquid financial investment tools by virtue of their function as international reserves supporting the balance of payments and stabilizing the value of the national currency." Financial and banking expert Alaa Al-Fahd commented today, Tuesday (December 24, 2024), on the impact of the Central Bank’s suspension of the “platform” on the markets during the next stage.
Al-Fahd told Baghdad Today, “The Central Bank of Iraq worked during the previous period with a plan through a currency auction in the first phase, then establishing the electronic platform and intensive work to find correspondence methods between local banks and foreign banks with which We have commercial relations and their results in external transfers. Therefore, the bank announced some time ago that the platform will be stopped at the end of this year and there will be direct correspondent banks.”
He explained that "this is a natural matter, as all central banks in the world are tasked with maintaining monetary policy, not selling currency. There is no central bank in the world that sells currency and mediates in buying and selling currency. This work is The responsibility and responsibility of banks and exchange companies This is true and is a major challenge until the relations are direct commercial banking under the supervision of the Central Bank of Iraq.
He added, "Stopping the platform will not affect the local markets in terms of the dollar exchange rate, but there are those who are trying to spread rumors that this step will change the exchange rate, as the same dollar that the Central Bank of Iraq Was selling through the platform will be sold to banks and banks that have relations with foreign banks so that the transfer is direct according to electronic transactions and monitoring, and for this reason the situation is under control and there is no fear of the impact on the markets."
Yesterday, Monday, economic expert Ziad Al-Hashemi revealed that the Central Bank of Iraq had suddenly suspended the dollar transfer platform before the scheduled date, without an official announcement, and without taking into account the interests of Iraqi companies and markets, in a move That is, to say the least, far from professionalism and transparency.
Al-Hashemi said in a post on the social networking site “Facebook”, which was followed by “Baghdad Today”, that “stopping the platform without an official announcement by the Central Bank may indicate that there is uncertainty and fear of the consequences of stopping the platform on the dollar exchange rates, and the lack of announcement may give the Central Bank an opportunity to evade and evade the decision to stop the platform and return to operating the platform, even temporarily, in the event that the dollar begins to rise to high rates." Article quote "...This platform will be stopped at the end of this year." ...The dollar auctions as we know them are going bye-bye by the end of the year...That doesn't mean the 31st...It means...coming at any time.
Mnt Goat Article: "THE DOLLAR MARKET IS ON “ONE LEG”.. A NEW MECHANISM AND THE EXCHANGE RATE IS THREATENED!" ... they are just telling us that there is a process in place to change-out the dinar to the lower denominations and effect the rate as part of this process without causing havoc. A higher, sudden RV, if not done appropriately would cause havoc...
