The Fed prints money. What happens if we printed enough money to make sure everyone keeps their job?
More than 16 million Americans have filed for unemployment benefits in the past four weeks. Economists estimate that the jobless rate in the U.S. is around 13 percent, the worst it’s been since the Great Depression. To stave off economic collapse, the Federal Reserve has turned on the money printing machine. It’s going brrrr.
With all these people out of work, businesses closed, and economic activity stagnating, some experts have suggested we can put the economy on “pause” by, essentially, printing infinite money, and giving it to businesses and people to keep things more or less the way they were before the coronavirus pandemic hit.
Checks are on the way to Americans, but that’s cold comfort for people with bills to pay now and who have no idea when, if ever, they’ll get back to work. To get through the crisis, can the Fed just print unlimited money? What are the consequences of just giving everyone enough cash to survive the next few months?

According to David Weil, a Professor of Economics at Brown University and the Director of the James M. and Cathleen D. Stone Wealth and Income Inequality Project, it’s complicated.
But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t do it.
Motherboard: Are you familiar with the “money printer go brrr” meme?
David Weil : Yes, yes.
When we talk about financing the spending that's gonna happen, people conflate two things. One is the federal government going to debt markets and borrowing—that is issuing bonds.
So the deficit for this year was going to come in at about a trillion dollars. So the federal government was going to have to issue a net trillion dollars of bonds to finance operations. That's before all this happened.
And the debt was somewhere around $17 trillion. And now, with what's happened to the economy already and with the spending bills that have been passed already, It looks like the deficit for this coming year is going to be, lord knows, $3 trillion? $4 trillion? And the government's gonna have to borrow a lot of money.
Money, this special asset, is created by the Federal Reserve, which is part of the government. And it is true that the Federal Reserve creates money out of nothing. The Federal Reserve snaps fingers and a little computer entry in a bank account at the Fed suddenly has an extra billion dollars in it.

The same things tend to be out front on social media where people share successes but maybe tend to put a little extra shine on their accomplishments. You should not need to do that to feel good or build your self-esteem but the reality is many of us do.
Depending on what you do for work, you may feel either a sense of embarrassment or pride when you talk about it. This emotional response is the result of social conditioning. We’re taught to believe that some jobs are prestigious and of great value, while others are lowly and menial. Since we’ve put such a strong link between occupation and identity, and since our job is thought to be closely tied to our wealth, it’s not a shock that we’ve connected our self-worth to our financial standing.
After all, self-worth is an abstract concept. But money is not.

According to the statement, which "Yes Iraq" received a copy of, it is that "since the beginning of the Corona pandemic that we ask God (the Almighty) to keep it away from our people and our country sooner rather than later, the views of the competent authorities differed between a total curfew and a partial curfew, investigation and tightening, without feeling With the economic and psychological situation people are going through. ”
The statement added that "the closure of shopping malls (malls) has clearly affected the lives of the Baghdadi citizen, whether the worker or the shopper, and the visitor." He pointed out that "public markets are fully open with none of the ingredients required to maintain public health conditions while malls run by specialized departments And closed art for many months. ”

Jeff ...the reason the rate hasn't changed is because the U.S. is requiring them to have stability. The stability for Iraq means them being able to work together and getting things done together. Since the beginning of last year they have not been able to form a government revealing to the world that they're not able to work together. Right now they still have to finish what's IMO the two items...the rate change is waiting on - would be these "special grades". The independent bodies is for the formation of the government. One of these as an example would be the Central Bank Governor. That's why his proxy term is only right now valid through July 15th. That's when he's out. The other item is the oil/budget numbers agreement between Kurdistan and Baghdad...both are now very close to being done within the next two weeks...

At a time when reports have spoken that the government is considering reducing the value of the dinar against foreign currencies, as measures to confront the financial crisis caused by the decline in oil prices and the repercussions of (corona), a group of specialists in economic affairs confirmed that the reduction of the dinar price against the dollar is not based on objective grounds and cannot Its approval of the resulting damage to the Iraqi economy, the purchasing power of the citizenry, the strength of Iraqi bonds abroad and the country's credit rating.
The economist reported Dr. Fadel Muhammad Jawad said that "the central bank has a direct relationship to the issue, as it is the financial and monetary adviser to the government, and therefore cannot be excluded from the process."
He added that "the Iraqi-Jordanian Business Council (the owner of the proposal to reduce the value of the Iraqi dinar) - according to Jawad - will not be affected by the decline as it is affected by the citizen who lives inside Iraq, as he bears the results more than he who lives outside and deals in dollars and foreign currencies, not in the Iraqi dinar."

At a time when reports have spoken that the government is considering reducing the value of the dinar against foreign currencies, as measures to confront the financial crisis caused by the decline in oil prices and the repercussions of (corona), a group of specialists in economic affairs confirmed that the reduction of the dinar price against the dollar is not based on objective grounds and cannot Its approval of the resulting damage to the Iraqi economy, the purchasing power of the citizenry, the strength of Iraqi bonds abroad and the country's credit rating.
The economist reported Dr. Fadel Muhammad Jawad said that "the central bank has a direct relationship to the issue, as it is the financial and monetary adviser to the government, and therefore cannot be excluded from the process."
He added that "the Iraqi-Jordanian Business Council (the owner of the proposal to reduce the value of the Iraqi dinar) - according to Jawad - will not be affected by the decline as it is affected by the citizen who lives inside Iraq, as he bears the results more than he who lives outside and deals in dollars and foreign currencies, not in the Iraqi dinar."
Jawad called "the central bank and Iraqi economists inside the country to clarify their opinion on this sensitive issue that concerns the country and the citizen."
For his part, the economic advisor to the Speaker of Parliament, Dr. Hammam Al-Shamaa, “The advocates of reducing the dinar’s exchange rate are not unaware of its inflationary effects, and the resulting social tensions will deepen the misallocation of income.” From selling foreign currencies when the exchange rate is lowered. "

Al-Shamaa stated that “the advocates of the reduction forgot the experience of printing and converting paper into a currency in the 1990s and how this printing weakened the purchasing power of the middle class, which turned into destitute had it not been for the adoption of the ration card program at the time”,
pointing out that “reducing the dinar exchange rate is a process Quite similar to the printing of banknotes, in the end it means that the government wastes part of the purchasing power of people with fixed income and is ultimately an innovative way to deduct a portion of the employees ’salaries by 60 billion dinars per day, initially, as price relations soon create an upward inflation that falls on the poor.” .
Al-Shamaa felt that "the advocates of the reduction are the beneficiaries to promote their local products, whether agricultural or industrial, and this is legitimate and we call for administrative and customs measures to reduce competition from the local product and not by reducing the exchange rate of the dinar."
He pointed out that "the monetary policy drawn up and implemented by the central bank, whether in Iraq or in any country in the world is a policy independent of the will of the executive authority, without this implying the absence of coordination between the fiscal and monetary policies."
And that "the exchange policy and its system is one of the most important pillars of monetary policy, and therefore the statement that the central has nothing to do with the exchange system indicates the lack of awareness of economic facts, just as saying that money is government money is a fallacy because the government and the monetary authority and the legislative and judicial authority are the components of the state Whose cornerstone is the people. "
For his part, the economic researcher d. Ahmed Al-Husseini said, "It is not appropriate now to carry out a currency devaluation, especially since thinking about this measure coincides with the state of the global economic recession and the recession in the local economy."

The top Chinese Elders were still agreeing to the RV teams schedule this week.
The Elders understand that security challenges by Deep State operatives were real. The Elders also know that the US RV teams completely paid out Tier 1 government (Level 1) payments to China last week, plus paid out to 209 countries last Mon. 22 June. The Elders believed that the US would follow through with releasing Tiers 2-4 including Tier 4b exchanges / redemptions this week.
Over this weekend groups were scrambling to update information on their members as there were numerous reports of Historic Bonds being positioned for payout. Banks no longer were selling Dong and Dinar, while restricting circulation of Federal Reserve US dollars and coins. Mexican and Canadian borders were tightly sealed.
On Sat. 27 June MarkZ said that he was called by Tier 4a groups that he was in, who updated his contact info to be ready for exchanges and full payouts for this week.

On Mon. 29 June there were two huge conference calls – the first of which started at 8 am PDT with bankers or exchange personnel in the Redemption Centers to brief them on final procedures and the timing for starting us this week.
On Mon. 29 June Paymasters, Tiers 3-4a group leaders and bank-related attorneys were getting in position for the shotgun start this week.
The banker source said that bond payouts in Zurich, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Miami, etc, have been actively processing from last Fri. 26 June and would go through Tues. 30 June for down-line liquidity to start our exchanges: "Zurich is apparently very active in the bond transactions which will be the basis of our gifts [exchange /redemption payouts]."
An Exchange banker source said that Tues. 30 June would most likely be the earliest any exchanging could take place, but because of arrests and security wrap-up for Redemption Centers to guard against attacks, Wed. 1 July was the new start date.
Security risk assessments & measures have to be completed on Redemption Centers targeted for attack by these Deep State riot ring leaders when we in Tier 4b were to start. This would take the security teams through Tues. 30 June to complete.
Wed. 1 July has been set by Trump, Judy Shelton and UST for the official RV / GCR start and liquidity day.
Rates would be locked in after Forex updates early Wed. morning 1 July for the start.
Thurs. July 2 through Thurs. July 9 were the dates on confidentiality forms that financial agents in Canada were asked to sign in order to prepare for a “financial blackout.”
Sat. 4 July President Trump was expected to make announcements that perhaps involved a return to the Gold Standard and a debt-forgiveness NESARA. This would be exactly 122 days before the Tues. 3 Nov. Presidential Election. By GESARA rules, GESARA and the RV/GCR had to be out at least 120 days before the election.
The Chinese Elders have been angry at waiting on Security Team arrests for the release, though the top five Chinese Elders have agreed to keep the ZIM in the redemptions through mid-July.

C. Exchange and Redemption: The below was a compilation of information received about exchanging/redeeming and written in my opinion only. Official instructions would come out with release of the 800#s and could easily differ:

Reports were that Dinar and Dong were no longer available to buy until after Mon. 6 July when Contract Rates would no longer be available.
800 # Notification: Several Tier 1 banks would send out 527,000 + emails to currency and Zim holders containing a coded 800 number to call for appointments and a Secure Website to obtain redemption/exchange information.
The code was an individualized ID number connected to your Social Security number for you to take through the redemption process. Take that ID number to your appointment. Do not give out the coded 800# to anyone as it was connected to your Social Security number and personal banking account and could only be used once for your personal appointment.
If you did not receive an email, then you could find a Secure Website on the websites as below. Clicking on that Secured Website would give you your personalized coded 800# ID number for the redemption process.

Your Exchange/ Redemption: In your exchange it was advised to be transparent, cooperative and answer questions honestly so that you wouldn’t be suspect of gaining exchange proceeds for criminal or terrorist purposes.
On Zim Redemption: They wanted as many Zim holders as possible to redeem their Zim in the first four days after the 800#s and email notifications went out. When you called the 800# let them know if you had Zim as it could change where you did your redemption. Any currencies you had would be exchanged at the same time as your Zim Bonds.
Except for seniors, all Zim would be placed on long term payouts. The longer the payout period you choose, the higher interest rates you could obtain on monies left in your account during your payout period. According to Bruce that rate could be up to 9.45%. In that long term payout, you should calculate how much you need for the first 90 days – until your first quarterly payment and then ask for that amount to get you through to your first payout.
There was no more 20/80% for your personal use and your humanitarian project. You would have full access to all of your funds (except those in your structured long term payout). If you had ten or less 100 Trillion Dollar Zim Notes, you had an opportunity to negotiate a better rate than those Zim holders with over ten 100 Trillion notes.
Contract Rates: You would be offered the Default Rates at your appointment. If you wished the higher Contract Rates you needed to request them, along with being able to justify the higher amounts through your humanitarian program and/or by participating in the national and international humanitarian projects (which would be explained at your first appointment). It was advised to practice your project presentation so you could obtain the higher rates at that first appointment.
At your first appointment (15-30 min), if you want more than the Default Rate package on your currencies and ZIM, you could ask for the higher Contract Rates – in which case they would extend the first appointment to 90 minutes. Then be prepared to present your project(s) outline to the exchange bankers and/or choose among the list of 500 sanctioned projects that they would present to you in order to receive the higher rates (you can choose one or more of the 250 projects alongside or instead of your projects for higher rates).
If you were not satisfied with the rate offered at the end of the 90-minute first appointment just politely tell them so, and they would then give you an SKR (safe keeping receipt) and you would immediately tell your assigned Wealth Manager to lead you through steps during the next 72 hours (the legal rescission period during which you could legally change any signed agreements). You and your Wealth Management team have up to six months to request the higher rates according to the needs of your project.
The 500 infrastructure projects that Trump has been pushing to "Rebuild America" (google "apmreports.org/trump-infrastructure-projects") would utilize Dubai 1, 2 funds through Tier 1 government accounts, Tier 2 humanitarian and govt related organization accounts. While govt funds were handling the infrastructure projects nationwide, funds from us in Tier 4b Zim holders would be investing in projects (for those ZIM holders who choose) to rebuild city and town centers, create jobs and stimulate local economies in the 8,761 economically depressed "Opportunity Zones" in the US.

Taxes: In the US exchanges-redemptions were tax free by the Gold Treaty stipulations but there would be taxes on the Structured Payout program (annuity investment) interest payouts annually by the IRS/Treasury and by individual states. This would be fully explained at the first and second apt. If the IRS representatives were present, it would be related to this. Your Wealth Manager and team would happily represent you and your desires to all Federal govt representatives present.
The debit card cash cap received at your appointment was increased from $140 million to $250 million.
Exchange Fees: The rates we received would have Exchange Fees already charged and assessed against the Street Rate and not any Negotiated Rate above that Street Rate, but we could only speculate until we were actually seated in the Redemption Center or bank.
The Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) would be for 90 days, though the Department of Defense security teams have said that they would extend the NDA and NSA monitoring of the currency holder's financial transactions for more than 90-days if there was reason to do so.
Negotiation for Higher Rates: Your SKR from your redemption / exchange would be good for six months, during which your assigned Wealth Manager would help you choose a Trust Company (Abbott Downing, Merrill Lynch, etc, or equivalent). Your WM and Trust Company team would be happy to negotiate for you for the higher rates.
Paymasters, Group Leaders and Group Participants: There were established limits for rates to be charged by a bank, paymaster or group leader, who were required to fully disclose those limits to each and all group participants.
If you lived outside the US, Canada or Mexico, the 800# would likely not work for you. You needed to go through the websites (as mentioned above) to get the general 800# and your appointment. Contact the HSBC Bank in your country, or if there was not a HSBC Bank, contact any of the large banks in your country.
Question: “Will the Safe Link Website have opportunity for international people to coordinate their exchange domestically - including ZIM?”
Answer: “If your domicile is outside the country domestic exchange is possible including ZIM, as long as you have proof of USA residence (utility bill, green card, etc). You can tell the 800# Call Center representatives and they will answer any questions about your domestic exchange.”
