There’s something about our home towns... We either have fond memories about where we grew up, or we never want to go back.   I grew up in a small village outside the capital city of Lithuania. So you can probably guess that I am in the second category: I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Lithuania is a tiny country that, when I was growing up, had just emerged from decades of Soviet rule. In fact, technically when I was born, Lithuania was still part of the Soviet Union.

Those first years of independence were difficult.  They had to rebuild the economy, establish credit, build a new banking system… almost all of it from scratch.  No one had any money (least of all my family), and the entire economy struggled to find its way.

Now I’ve been gone for a decade, and I find myself spending more time in Lithuania, and its capital city of Vilnius.

I have to admit, it’s growing on me. Simon really likes it too, which is why he holds our annual entrepreneurship camp here.

The city is beautiful and vibrant, yet inexpensive. And the economy has flourished.

One very interesting point about Lithuania is that this country has become a hub for tech entrepreneurs.

Lithuania has slashed its bureaucracy to make it easy to do business… which is a pretty big deal in a world where capitalism is under constant attack, and politicians are doing their best to make it more difficult for entrepreneurs to get started.

You can register a company and start running your business in a single day. Taxes are low, and there are a lot of lucrative tax incentives for startups.

Financial technology companies in particular have been flocking to Lithuania because this place has become the fastest, most straightforward country in Europe to obtain a banking license.

Several prominent technology companies are either based here, or have a significant presence in Vilnius.

We are invested in a fast-growing AI startup that recently relocated from London to Vilnius, due to the extremely high-quality talent that’s available in Lithuania at a fraction of the price.

Overall Lithuania has a very cool, entrepreneurial culture. And I’m surprised it hasn’t garnered more attention from the Digital Nomad crowd.

One recent testament to Lithuania’s entrepreneurial culture was a tech innovation conference they just held here a few days ago called LOGIN.

And, yes, I mean an ACTUAL CONFERENCE.

It was incredible: real people gathered in a room sharing knowledge and insights.

Naturally there were preventative measures like social distancing and temperature checks. But the event was VERY well attended. And the energy was palpable.

LOGIN takes place every year in Vilnius; it started in 2007 as a blogger gathering, but it has grown into a full-blown innovation festival attracting forward-thinking tech leaders and entrepreneurs from around the world.

The topics this year ranged from creating a new, private education system to new trends in artificial intelligence.

And of course there were entrepreneurs pitching their businesses, which is the primary reason I attended; we’re always on the lookout for great investments.

But the highlight of the conference for me was the keynote speech given by Stephen Hawking’s daughter Lucy.

We all know of Stephen Hawking’s celebrated intellect. But Lucy shared some beautiful personal stories about her father’s tenacity and determination.

Stephen Hawking spent the vast majority of his life suffering a terrible disease, with countless ‘experts’ constantly telling him “no”.

These experts filled his head with limitations, telling him he only had a short time to live, and all the things he COULDN’T do.

Regardless of how many times he beat the odds, how many years he continued to live, how much he traveled, how many adventures he had around the world (including a zero gravity flight and a trip to Antarctica), the experts rarely changed their tune.

And this may have certainly contributed to one of Hawking’s famous quotes:

“The greatest enemy of knowledge is not ignorance. It is the illusion of knowledge.”

It reminds me of the Ronald Reagan quote that Simon likes to bring up--

“It isn’t so much that [the experts] are ignorant. It’s just that they know so many things that aren’t so. . .”

(This seems like the perfect summary of so many governments around the world right now, given the extreme policies they’re forcing upon people.)

There will always be experts to tell us how to live our lives… what we can/cannot do… and even what we’re NOT capable of doing.

I’m sure so many of you have been told, at some point in your life, that you can’t do something, that you’re not capable of something. I certainly have. So has Simon.

But sometimes the experts are wrong. Sometimes the things they know just aren’t so.

These ‘experts’ might even be right next to you… friends or family who seem to think they know how to live your life better than you do.

Perhaps they’re telling you to NOT start that business you’ve been thinking about, or to NOT move to another city or country where the opportunities are more abundant and you could thrive.

Sometimes the best thing we can do is ignore the experts… and have the will to live the life they tell us we can’t have.

It might mean changing your environment-- perhaps to a place where the culture and energy align with your own values.

(The world is certainly full of plenty of those places, including potentially right here in Lithuania.)

But even in the darkest of times, near-infinite opportunities are available to us. We can learn, grow, and prosper to the fullest extent of our ambition.

As Stephen Hawking said before his death in a message that was transmitted towards the nearest black hole, “I am very aware of the preciousness of time. Seize the moment. Act now.”

If you go to the southwest desert and catch 100 red fire ants, as well as, 100 large black ants and put them in a jar, at first, nothing will happen.

However, if you violently shake the jar and dump them back on the ground, the ants will fight until they eventually kill each other.

The thing is, the red ants think the black ants are the enemy and vice versa, when in reality, the real enemy is the person who shook the jar.    This is exactly what’s happening in society today.

The real question we need to be asking ourselves is who’s shaking the jar and why?

The Council Of Ministers Approves A Bill To Finance The Fiscal Deficit

Wednesday 30 September 2020  31  Baghdad: Al-Sabah:The Council of Ministers voted, in its regular session, which was held yesterday, Tuesday, headed by the Speaker of the Council Mustafa Al-Kazemi, to approve the draft law on financing the financial deficit, and to refer it to the Council of Representatives, and for the legal department in the General Secretariat of the Council to prepare a draft to amend the special legal text By upgrading doctors to higher ranks, including granting additional allocations of 50% of the nominal salary as a result of the Corona pandemic, including resident doctors, regular and senior, and is implemented starting from, (senior resident, rotating resident, board students).

The House approved, in a statement, the amendment of the legal text related to Article 80 / Third, of the Public Health Law No. 89 of 1989, and the Health Insurance Law, and its referral to the House of Representatives, based on the provisions of Articles 61 / Clause First and 80 / Clause Three of the Constitution Taking into consideration the opinion of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, confirmed by the legal department memorandum of number D / S / 2/2 / None. Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi Receives Ambassadors Of 25 Brotherly And Friendly Countries

The Prime Minister, Mr. Mustafa Al-Kazimi, received today, Wednesday, ambassadors of 25 brotherly and friendly countries, upon their request, to discuss the recent developments regarding the security of diplomatic missions in Iraq.

The Prime Minister, Mr. Mustafa Al-Kazemi, affirmed Iraq’s keenness to impose the rule of law, restricting weapons to the hands of the state, and protecting diplomatic missions and headquarters, stressing that the perpetrators of attacks on the security of diplomatic missions seek to destabilize Iraq and sabotage its regional and international relations.

His Excellency indicated that these attacks do not target international missions only, but also affect innocent citizens, including children, and that the state's security institutions are determined to put an end to them, and have begun to take the necessary measures to achieve this goal.

Al-Kazemi emphasized that the outlaws who try to harm Iraq's reputation and its international obligations are inspired by non-national motives, and they despise the will of the Iraqi people and their religious, political and cultural references that unanimously agreed on the seriousness of what they are doing.

His Excellency added that Iraq, the people and the government, will stand up to these and will work to protect its guests as required by diplomatic norms throughout history, in order to turn the page of conflicts and terrorism and turn to the economic and social challenges and development requirements.

For their part, the ambassadors affirmed, in separate interventions, the support of Iraq and its people, respect for its sovereignty, and the pursuit of dialogue through dialogue to achieve stability and peace, and to ensure friendship and cooperation. With the steps taken by the Iraqi government to end these attacks, prosecute those involved in them, and tighten security measures.

The ambassadors indicated their support for taking more steps to secure Baghdad and enhance the security of the international region, in order for their countries and the international community to continue supporting Iraq and developing political, economic and cultural relations with it.

Today, the country suffers from a financial challenge, due to the decline in oil prices and the reduction of the export share due to the lack of demand due to the "Corona" pandemic, which requires diligent and prudent work to achieve the least losses.

Since private banks have become more numerous and widespread than government banks, which helps reduce the risk of the financial crisis, especially after the Central Bank worked to directly support private banks by resettling salaries and granting easy loans to most groups of society through them.

We all know that the private banking sector operates under the supervision of the Central Bank, and that 75 percent of its cadres are former employees of the public banking system, as they have been attracted to strengthen the human resources working in this joint with its capital and advanced technical capabilities compared to public banks.

Strengthening the reality of liquidity in the private banking system is an important matter, especially in banks whose capital is less than 250 billion dinars, and this requires the Central Bank to stop at some previous instructions, especially issued in 2017, which were correct at the time and no longer fit the present time, as it was The price of Crude Oil is different from today, which requires a pause.

The Kifah Stock Exchange recorded 123,500 dinars compared to $ 100, while yesterday's prices were 122,300 dinars.

Selling prices in exchange shops in the local markets in Baghdad:

Selling price: 124,000 dinars per $ 100.

Purchase price: 123,000 dinars per $ 100.

In the province of Basra, the dollar exchange rate was 1235.3 dinars, or 123 thousand and 550 dinars.

The Ministry of Trade held its second meeting with the Ministry of Communications to discuss the implementation of the joint cooperation agreement for the electronic transformation project (digital economy), to link all departments and companies of the ministry to a unified data center at the ministry’s headquarters.

This was confirmed by Mohamed Hanoun Karim, Director General of the Commercial and Financial Supervision Department at the Ministry, where he indicated that "during the meeting, the most important basic axes of the electronic transformation project were discussed, as well as the stages of project completion, as this requires establishing the infrastructure that suits the conditions of digital work in all institutions of the ministry."

Noting that "through this project, the headquarters of the Ministry's formations will be linked between them, as well as linking each formation with its sites spread in Baghdad and the governorates, which will facilitate the completion of the work in a transparent manner and will also save a lot of time and effort for the employee and references to the departments and companies of the ministry at the same time."

Stressing the importance of expediting the completion of the project, as it facilitates the work of most of the ministry's institutions, as well as simplifying procedures in the transaction management system at the companies' registrar department, as well as everything related to the ration card file management system and the operations management system in the department of foreign economic relations, specifically with regard to commercial attaches abroad.

On his part, Yasser Amer, Director of Communication Services at the Ministry of Communications, said, “It was agreed with the Ministry of Trade to start working on the digital transformation system at the ministry’s headquarters, and it was also agreed to define joint committees between the two sides, leading to a draft contract for the project, where a work plan will be developed to develop a working paper. And in a final form between the two sides."

Adding that "this step comes within the ministerial platform voted by the House of Representatives in the Iraqi government and as mentioned in the third item (paragraph 7 and 10) thereof, which stipulated the necessity of digital transformation and automation for state ministries, in addition to the support provided by the 22 committee in the General Secretariat to head Ministers".

It is worth noting that "there is a joint cooperation agreement signed between the ministers of commerce and communications for cooperation between the two ministries regarding the automation of all the work of the ministry, in addition to the general budget, item 19, which authorized the ministers to establish investment projects to increase revenues."  LINK

That's right if you bought into $50 silver and then lost a fortune your losses have been directly caused by the big banks and their market manipulation, yet you've not been counted or compensated.

When The Going Gets Tough ...By Dr. Dinar

We've all heard the saying, "When the going gets tough, the tough get to keepin' on going."

Well, like it or not, for those of us that live full-time in Dinarland, most have likely been living that mantra for quite some time.

At least since Dr. Shabs told everyone back in 2011 that this RV would without a doubt "pop" no later than the end of June.

Of 2011.

Guaranteed.

No if's, and's, or Malarki's.

Well, what is it they say about the best laid plans?

Wasn't it something about the first mouse gets the trap, the second mouse gets their cheese moved, the third mouse is forced to create an entirely new plan.

Something like that.

Whatever it was, apparently they were right.

At least so far anyway.

I'm sure we've all been forced to make a change of plans more than once along the way.

As the sands in the sandbox continue to blow by like the days in Dinarland, we're constantly being forced to invent numerous ways of remaining inspired.

Doing our very best to continue to hang in there.

To remain in the game.

To ride this thing out until the very end.

Lately the numerous rumors of more and more Dinarians losing hope,  giving up, bailing out and selling their currency back have been flooding in from all over Dinarland.

Like Banksters from tall buildings, rumors of folks packing their bags and jumping from the windows of the RV "Insane Train" have become an almost daily occurrence.

Even some Dinarland "notables" have fallen victim as of late, declaring if this goes beyond such 'n such a date, I'm packin' it in, sellin' out and goin' fishin'.

Of course, he started backpedaling almost as quickly as the statement left his lips, knowing full well there isn't, nor will there ever be, another opportunity such as this RV.

If anything it just shows to prove that everyone is vulnerable.

That no one is immune, despite their claims of a solid, unwavering foundation in their "knowers", knowing just how imminent this RV/GCR truly is.

And it's even more mind-blowing when one considers that according to both the articles, as well as the rumtel, that we're closer than we've ever been to seeing our dreams come true.

Now, how close that is is truly anyone's guess.

Yet, at the end of the day, it's more than likely closer than we were yesterday.

Or at least closer than we were the day before yesterday.

It's unfortunate that those Dinarians that have packed their bags and headed for greener pastures weren't able to weather the sandstorm of supposition that runs rampant throughout Dinarland.

And pretty much has since the very beginning.

Further proof that this circus of made for tv confusion, created to lead everyone astray, is obviously working its magic.

Just as "they" intended.

One look at the smorgasbord of opinions throughout Dinarland proves, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that no one really knows all the in's and out's of the who's, how's, why's, and why not's of the supposed holdups, distractions and countless delays and why we're all still sitting here, broke and waiting.

Week after week.

After month.

When I think back on all those supposedly "in the know" folks that have forcefully spread their opinions throughout Dinarland over the past decade plus, then slowly faded off into the sunset, never to be heard from again, it boggles the mind.

Consider at least my mind extremely boggled anyway.

For so many that screamed from their soapboxes that they held the final piece to the puzzle, only to have them completely disappear from the RV scene as if they never even existed, is amazing in itself.

We're waiting for a new budget.

We need more laws to be passed.

The security needs to be securely secured in an extremely secure manner.

The PTB need to surrender their power.

We need our Banks asseted.

We still need one more Purple Pig to jump over a Blue Moon.

The laundry list of "To Do's" not yet done is staggeringly endless.

And for me, that never-ending nonsense only helps to support the theory that this "Plan" has and does change time and time again.

We know for certain it has changed at least since 2009 as the original "Plan" has already been released for public consumption.

And we've come a long way since then.

A very long way.

And still no RV/GCR.

Not that we can see anyway.

Therefore, the Plan can and more than likely will continue to change.

In fact, it's probably part of the plan.

Plan on it. I do.

So many times throughout the years, we knew there was just no way they could do this, that, or the other, no way they could survive without first having an internationally tradable currency.

And yet, sure enough, they did survive and have continued to kick the can down the road.

Tinkle, tinkle, clink, clink, down the road it goes.

Low and behold, sure enough this big blue ball kept on spinnin' 'round 'n' 'round.

On its axis of feeble.

Right on schedule, just like they planned.

It's about the only thing that has remained on schedule.

Of course, still without an internationally tradable currency.

Imagine that.

I don't know about you but crazy as it may sound, at this point in the game, all those insignificant dates have helped me deal better and better with all of the supposed smokium filled deadlines never panning out.

The "must happens" and "back walls" that have come and gone along the way.

The simple distraction of a possible maybe has helped me get through many a stressful weekend.

Yes, I want this to happen.

Desperately.

In fact, I NEED this to happen.

Like yesterday.

Actually, about 3,546 yesterdays ago.

Maybe more. But who's counting.

And last time I checked I didn't have the Easy Button waiting for me in my desk drawer.

Nor in my titanium briefcase.

Which unfortunately means that at the end of the day I don't have any more control over when this thing happens than anyone else does.

Where does that leave me?

It leaves me waiting, that's where.

Myself, along with everyone else in Dinarland that makes the decision on a daily basis that they will continue to stay strong and ride this thing out, assured to be there at the finish line.

Still waiting.

After all, what else can I do in a situation that I simply have zero control over anything but my feelings.

My emotions.

My actions.

I'm basically left with only one option.

Because, believe it or not, we're the lucky ones.

The chosen ones.

The people that know about this wonderful opportunity.

And I consider myself lucky that I'm lucky enough to realize that.

And yes, the ride can be brutal at times.

Often feeling as if we're drowning, gasping for our last breath.

But again, we're luckier than lucky to even be on this ride.

Remind yourself of all those that aren't as lucky as we are and that right there should be enough to help you stay focused on the end of this amazing journey.

Whether it's selling used car tires, Grandma's antique salt & pepper shakers or recycling bottles and cans, you gotta do what you gotta do to make it through.

Hang in there folks, this thing is gonna happen.

It's merely a matter of time.

You've made it this far.

Now is not the time to give up.

With the wrong attitude they can be crushed by the smallest grain of sand.

The right attitude is one of the fundamentals of the good life. That is why we must constantly examine our feelings about our role in the world and about our possibilities for achieving our dreams. To create the brightest future, we must confront our feelings about the years and decades to come, but also our past and our present.

The Past

One of the best ways to approach our feelings about the past is to use it as a school, not as a weapon. We must not beat ourselves up over past mistakes, faults, failures, and losses. Hello Everybody - Welcome to The Big Call tonight – It’s good to have you in – it is Tuesday September 29th   and you’re listening to The Big Call - Thanks for tuning in everyone – We’re going to do a short call tonight – probably only about a half hour or so – I want everybody to be able to watch the debate if you are interested in that –

Let’s take a few minutes now to do a little bit of intel – What I want to say is I did not have a lot to say on last Thursday because we thought we were really that close – we thought we could go anytime this week Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday was the general feel – its’ looking very good still - obviously Tuesday is about over

We are looking at the possibility – maybe from some sources - get notification on Wednesday – but the very real possibility of going and starting on Thursday – which is October 1st - The reason ------- is because it is the start of the new fiscal year for the country and even as we switch over from United States of America Inc - which we are out of now – and into America with the Restored Republic - that’s really what we have  - going back to that – so I’m looking forward to that

Now – here’s the thing – it is a new start and if we start with a new currency which is the USN –it may not start for us – digitally it should start for us on the 1st - in terms of having currency in your pocket – money in your pocket – like cash money – that could come a little bit later – the bills have been printed – new USTN’s have been printed – as far as we know they are in the vaults in the banks or redemption centers already – at least 100’s 50’s and 20’s are there – from what we understand –

Over the weekend there were deliveries of new coins - remember how there has been a coin shortage? I spoke to that with the idea of they wanted to pull all of the old coins – quarters – half dollars – dimes - to pull the silver out of those so they could be re-minted as new coins with the proper amount of silver in each coin – ok that is what has happened –

The new coins were just delivered in some cases on Sunday - two days ago – into the banks – in rolls – many many rolls of half dollars - quarters and dimes – I don’t think they are doing anything with nickels and pennies – I would not be surprised if pennies went away at some point anyway –

They do have the rolls ready to go with the proper amount of silver in each  one – and the new 100’s 50’s and 20’s ready to go -  we know of new ATM machines for example that were delivered and set up and reinstalled even yesterday but have not been activated –

I don’t know why they have not been activated – but in some cases they could be waiting for the USTN’s to be put in those and then turned on – I don’t KNOW that – it’s only a guess - Only a guess – maybe that’s the case – otherwise why would they not just put USD’s back in the new ATM’s? – They can read both – so why didn’t they fill them with USD’s? I don’t know – just was something I thought interesting –

As far as timing – we do know that certain groups – certain people with SKR’s have been paid out – with what I’m calling “spending” money – or “pocket” money  - but nobody’s been paid that I know of in really big money ---- yet – No one has received the “mother-lode”  and I think that there are people – small groups – that I know of personally that will be possibly getting access to real money – more of the “mother-lode”  tomorrow and some people will probably wait –

We have a shot of getting the notifications tomorrow according to some sources – realistically – I think we should set our sights for Thursday Oct 1st – as a new start to the new fiscal year – new currency possibly in terms of the digital –

However – let’s go to this – overnight tonight we believe since the Iraqi Dinar – they’ve been talked about over in Iraq on television  - all over TV the last couple of days – that the Dinar would change its value Wednesday –

We are looking for that to occur Wednesday morning Iraqi time – right after first morning prayer – which is pretty early – it’s like sunrise – ok – so I think we’re looking at the possibility of things updating on Forex tonight with the USTN or USN – Forex – and our Iraqi Dinar – as well IQD / IQN whatever they’re calling it – that should update overnight tonight in the 2:00 – 4:00 am region – Eastern Daylight time –

Plus we do know that in Iraq – in a 20 mile zone – between the Iranian border and Iraq – in that zone – in North Kurdistan – we know that there were about 2800 people arrested in a day’s period of time by sunset yesterday - Taken in custody – and that cleared the way I believe for traffic to be proper between Iran and Iraq on the Norther Border

and then also we’ve heard that Kurdistan is saying that they’re open for business – Internationally – that’s significant – I’m sure that is important and it’s just saying they’re getting ready and obvious they want US investment in Iraq – they really want the US investment – other countries as well but I’m sure you’re going to hear about conferences that Iraq holds with open to a lot of countries to invest in their country – I really believe that’s coming

So there’s some really good signs that are pointing toward this going – now tomorrow as far as the change rate – nobody really knows – only very few people know what the rate is on the new Iraqi Dinar but we have a rough idea – I think based on what Dr Shabibi  said when he was here back in 2012 – if you remember that particular meeting he said that the Dinar was capable of sustaining at  XX dollars  and you remember what that was –

I think we could be there or higher here for this country – so – really that’s the bulk of the intel - I think what we want to say is like Sue and Bob said – having wisdom – we have some very good things happening out there that I just told you about – rates are going to be fine – don’t be concerned about that –

One other thing – when you do get the 800 number and you call to set your appointment – you will be tracked to a certain extent nu NSA and so on – so what you should NOT say when you give the number out to a friend or something if you call them on the phone – just don’t mention anything other than the phone number itself – in other words do not bring up anything relative to the location of the redemption center – or even use the term “redemption center” – do not say anything other than giving them the number –

A press report reveals Washington's next step in Iraq: moving the embassy to Irbil and running American policy from there

This also means closing or reducing the British and French diplomatic missions

Today, Tuesday, a press report stated that the US government is determined to take irreversible steps in Iraq, through which the administration of US President Donald Trump could change the diplomatic and security reality in this country and impose a new reality through which it deals with Iraqis and Iranians, even if not Trump remains in the White House, the other US president will have to live with this new reality.

A report by Al-Arabiya.net, citing diplomatic sources in the American capital, said that the Americans now consider that Al-Kazemi has failed to use his governmental power to confront the Iranian group, as the Iraqi prime minister controls the intelligence apparatus, the anti-terrorist forces, and the Iraqi army, which are huge, experienced and capable apparatuses. He did not use it to strike the militias that continued to threaten the state and diplomatic missions, especially the US.

The report added, citing the same sources, that the White House felt in mid-September that things were not moving quickly in the interest of the Iraqi government, nor were there concrete guarantees on the ground or measures to reassure US President Donald Trump, or prevent any serious attack on American diplomats.

And the report continued, the Americans decided, at the end of the third week, to take measures to protect them on the one hand and express their "shaking hands" from dealing with the Iraqis in Baghdad. The US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo called the President of the Iraqi Republic, Barham Salih, and informed him of the US decision, and then he called the Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi.

The two contacts have no effect on the US State Department’s statements, officially, but an official at the US State Department said, “We do not comment on the diplomatic talks that are taking place with leaders of foreign countries,” indicating that the Americans are looking “to continue working with Iraqi partners to ensure the security of our employees and facilities “.

This statement seems to indicate that the Americans wait a little before taking the next step, and relate their next step to the success or failure of Mustafa Al-Kazemi to protect the Americans.

But the scenario of "failure" has huge implications, and includes, according to sources in Washington, the closure of the US embassy in Baghdad and its transfer to the Kurdistan region, and the administration of US policy from Erbil instead of Baghdad. Secretary Pompeo informed the Iraqi President and the Prime Minister of Iraq about this.

This also means closing or reducing the rest of the diplomatic missions in Baghdad, such as the British, French, and others, and civilians heading to the Kurdistan Region, where they are not exposed to any threat.

In addition, according to the report, diplomatic sources confirm that the Americans do not intend to withdraw the military from Iraq. Rather, they will keep Ain al-Assad base, which is a "strategic" base for the Americans, from which they support their forces in northeastern Syria, and they will also keep the Erbil base, and they will have no less than 2500 soldiers in Iraq and advanced weapons through which they can cover large areas of Iraq.

According to diplomats in the American capital, this measure will protect American diplomats and employees from the attacks of the Popular Mobilization Forces, and will pave the way for Americans to attack pro-Iranian militias without concern for the safety of American people or facilities.

The report went on to say, but the fears of supporters of Washington and opponents of Iran in the American capital reach a warning that any American exit from Baghdad means that the United States is taking irreversible steps, and it will be part of the Iraqi reality for many years, and it will impose a new nature for US-Iraqi relations governed by the American presence In the Kurdistan Region, not in Baghdad.  link
